We just started taking our new puppy and so far it has been a great experience. They offer a flat monthly fee puppy plan which covers all standard services and visits. Convenient and economical.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Alex for a long time and have been very happy with the courteous and exceptional service. In addition to doing great work and service Dr. Alex takes his time to talk to you on a personal level after the appointment and gives practical advice for me as a dog owner. Would definitively recommend.

Dr Alex and the veterinarian assistants are very understanding and helpful. They all seem to have genuine affection and sympathy for the animals.

Dr. Alex is amazing. My dog was injured while staying with a border in Toronto when we were on vacation. While we were gone our buddy went to 3 different vets who said it was a neurological problem......
Dr. Alex is amazing. My dog was injured while staying with a border in Toronto when we were on vacation. While we were gone our buddy went to 3 different vets who said it was a neurological problem... which was bologna. No one could figure out why his back leg was hurting when they could find no issues with it.
Dr. Alex looked at him and in a few seconds said, "A herniated disk near the top of his spine" and showed us exactly why that was the issue. He's so kind and knowledgeable. Best vet around.

We adore Orchard Grove so so much! The entire team is so wonderful, always smiling, always excited to see our furbabies! Dr Alex is wonderful with his approach to treatment, so much so that our dogs get so excited when I say we are going to see him!
