I've left the same review on Google. Here it is.I have mixed feelings about this hospital. Dr Thomas was pretty gentle and caring with my cat, answered my questions regarding his weight very thoroughly, generally seemed attentive and not pushy with treatments. Which I appreciate. The kitty was doing well by the time I brought him there so he really didn't need anything. The clinic looked clean, no cat hair anywhere. Now, the doctor never asked me how come I didn't know the actual age and breed of my cat , which seems strange. I got him from the shelter, but I think it's important for the vet to double check that. Every single vet I brought my cat to asked. From Dr Thomas' attitude I understood that she thought I wasn't very bright. She basically gave me a lecture on how cats don't really eat cranberries when I told her I feed him the Wellness brand dry food that's called 'triple cranberry'. I buy that food for him because he likes it, not because I want him to eat cranberries. She did't bother to clarify. And then, here's the meeting lines that I have received:- Hello, I'm Dr Thomas- Hello, I'm Luda- Move away from the window cause I will be standing there.Nice to meet you too! So right away there's a hint that I am in her way, which made me feel unwanted there.Another thing that made me feel unwanted was that by the end of appointment she literally told me 'to make it very quick because there's another patient waiting' when I said I have another question. I also provide health services, I am a dental hygienist and see patients just like her, but in 7 years of my practice I never said anything of the sort to my patients when they expressed concerns. Because it will make them feel not valued and wholesome. Staying on schedule is important, but patients leaving with all questions answered and without the pressure to be quick is more important. That's professional. That shows that you care for your patients and their wellbeing. At last, how knowledgeable are you really when you need a laptop all the time to look things up?Overall, the quality of care is just decent. It's not the place where you feel being taken a good care of from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave. I think Dr Thomas simply didn't like me for some reason. Read Less
