Dr. Tamjidi opened Toronto North Animal Clinic in 2009. He graduated in 1994 with a hunger and passion to help animals. With 19 years in the industry and 4 years owning his own clinic he has a kind soul , He loves his work and everything that comes with it. He has an understanding of animals on a much deeper level, he really knows their needs and wants. He dreamed of being a veterinarian ever since he was a boy. His love for animals infects us all in such a way that inspires us all to want to learn more. He is very patient and treats each case with the utmost respect and care as he would he very own pet. His pet of choice is a bird named Melody. His special interests include Dental hygiene, Skin problems and soft tissue surgeries. He as well as the rest of the team at Toronto North Animal Clinic cannot wait to meet you in person and add you to our special family away from home.

Highly recommend this place - they are very trustworthy and actually educate you on possible symptoms for your dog. We went to willowdale during the night as our dog was dry heaving and right off the bat said it would he $2000 just to evaluate her!! We wanted a second opinion so we went here and they did a full checkup and gave her the appropriote medicine - nothing even close to what the other clinic offer. They are very friendly and knowledgeable at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy I found this place ill only come here to bring my dog from now on!

Accommodating clinic hours available. Pretty much come here if you have tight deadlines (your kitten or puppy is due for its vaccinations), for annual vaccinations, and emergencies.

Dr. Tamidji is a wonderful man. He's very friendly and his practise is equally warming. It's unfortunate because the rest of his staff and the other vet just don't hold up to the same standard. There's also an occasional pot hole that forms in their driveway that they don't caution patients about. I saw one car go through it and burst their tire and dented their rim.. i saw that and didnt go back for a few weeks until the hole was filled. I feel sorry for whoever drove into that hole. This isn't a onetime issue so be warned since they won't warn you!!

Don't bring your dog here for boarding. Make sure to ask to view the boarding facility first. It is like a prison, and I'm sure the walks were short as my puppy smelt like urine upon return.

Generally one of the least expensive vets in the North York region. Brought our dog here for the heartworm test ($45) and revolution ($120 - small dog). They had a promo where the exam was complimentary with the heartworm test. Would bring my dog back for the heartworm test and revolution, though I don't think I would come here for a more thorough exam if a major health issue were to arise. Maybe since the exam was complimentary, the vet just did a really quick check. Not very personable. Other than that, no major complaints.

Doctor T is a super straightforward guy. I haven't taken my dog to a vet in a verryyy long time. Being a senior dog now (14 yr old Maltese), she HAD to be taken somewhere. Dr T's very professional. He examined my dog and told me exactly what work she needs. He didn't try to pressure me into making a decision right there and showed me breakdowns of the dental cleaning procedure, which is what my dog needs. His office is nice and clean and very homey. My dog was surprisingly not as fussy as I thought and I'm pretty sure it was because of the atmosphere here. Very reasonable prices too; nothing outrageous. If you research vet prices, Dr T's are pretty much average numbers.

I visited the clinic for the first time today with my kitty. We had a fantastic experience. The clinic is located in a "home" and luckily enough, that cozy relaxing vibe came with it. I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming compared to other clinics I've gone to. Very quiet and professional. Staff was polite and friendly and the vet was a pleasure. He treated my cat with respect and was very gentle. I am confident to return to this clinic if anything comes up or if we need a simple check up. Ithe competition seems tough since there are two other clinics across the street but I feel like I've made the right choice.

Dr. Tamjidi was so good with my cat! She's a tough cookie to crack but she warmed up to him right away. Normally she's terrified of a visit to the vet and scratches people but she was totally chill in Dr. Tamjidi's hands.I brought my cat there for her initial visit and vaccination. He let me hold her while she got her shots. Dr. Tamjidi was very thorough, he explained everything well and listened to all my concerns. He didn't recommend unnecessary tests or treatments. He only suggested I put the cat on a diet, but didn't make me feel pressured to buy the fancy cat food from the vet either. Great first experience!

Dr. Tamidji is a great vet - he is caring, knowledgeable and does not overcharge or recommend needless treatment. He was very kind and helpful to us during a sad time when we had to euthanize one of our dogs. We will continue to use him for veterinary needs for our other dog. His office is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sheppard/Bayview subway station and has ample parking in back of the building.

Highly recommend this place - they are very trustworthy and actually educate you on possible symptoms for your dog. We went to willowdale during the night as our dog was dry heaving and right off the bat said it would he $2000 just to evaluate her!! We wanted a second opinion so we went here and they did a full checkup and gave her the appropriote medicine - nothing even close to what the other clinic offer. Generally one of the least expensive vets in the North York region. Brought our dog here for the heartworm test ($45) and revolution ($120 - small dog). They had a promo where the exam was complimentary with the heartworm test. Would bring my dog back for the heartworm test and revolution, though I don't think I would come here for a more thorough exam if a major health issue were to arise. Maybe since the exam was complimentary, the vet just did a really quick check. Not very personable. Other than that, no major complaints.

Doctor T is a super straightforward guy. I haven't taken my dog to a vet in a verryyy long time. Being a senior dog now (14 yr old Maltese), she HAD to be taken somewhere. Dr T's very professional. He examined my dog and told me exactly what work she needs. He didn't try to pressure me into making a decision right there and showed me breakdowns of the dental cleaning procedure, which is what my dog needs. His office is nice and clean and very homey. I visited the clinic for the first time today with my kitty. We had a fantastic experience. The clinic is located in a "home" and luckily enough, that cozy relaxing vibe came with it. I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming compared to other clinics I've gone to. Very quiet and professional. Staff was polite and friendly and the vet was a pleasure. He treated my cat with respect and was very gentle. I am confident to return to this clinic if anything comes up or if we need a simple check up. Dr. Tamidji is a great vet - he is caring, knowledgeable and does not overcharge or recommend needless treatment. He was very kind and helpful to us during a sad time when we had to euthanize one of our dogs. We will continue to use him for veterinary needs for our other dog. His office is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sheppard/Bayview subway station and has ample parking in back of the building.
