Hands down the greatest vets around. They've always treated my dog with the greatest treatment and kindness. They make it a very welcoming environment. The new owner Sam is beyond friendly. We normally get the other Vet Sandra and she is amazing as well however it was great to meet Sam today and see how well he welcomed and treated our dogs. I called them at 9am in hopes they could see my mom's dog and they made sure they saw him. Such a fantastic place to take your animals. Great service, great prices and extremely welcoming.Read Less

We have followed dr munn all the way from Toronto. I don't know if I could let someone else take care of my pet rats, he truly is someone who has a passion for his job and a love for all living beings. The staff were very sympathetic and understanding when taking care of our pet in his final moments. They took care of everything and gave us much time to grieve over our loss. Everyone there is great... They all treated our little Pom Winston with great care for the 10 years we went there.... When we had an emergency at night several months ago it was wonderful that we could take him to Peterborough Clinic on Parkhill for treatment... In the morning he was greeted with hugs from the vet he was familiar with in Norwood... When Winston passed away, we took him in to be cremated... Love this place! All of the people who work here are animal lovers and you could feel it right away! I have 3 dogs and all of them love coming to the vet because of the caring and loving staff. Dr. Sandy Smith is an excellent veterinarian and she deeply cares for animals and their well-being. The clinic itself is kept very clean and organized.
