Being a Co-Op student and attending this vet was the best experience ever. I got to learn so much about the vet field. Dr.Z is such a great role model, and the staff there as well. Everyone is very welcoming and I will never forget this experience. While being there, not only did I get to learn about animal care but also about loving animals. Everyone here treats every patient with love and care, and I got to see it first hand. On top of this, when my rat got sick, this was the only place that would actually help me and treat my rodent. All other vets told me they couldn’t do anything. All I can say that after the visit and his treatment, he is doing so much better and I am glad to have chosen this clinic. My personal experience this past month at Joshua Creek Animal Hospital with my nine year old black kitty Morgan has been better than I could have asked for. My family and I had a rough year last year and had to say goodbye to two of our cats, so bringing my Morgy into any vet clinic when he started losing weight was not easy to say the least. After a conversation with Dr. Zubaidy, she advised me that finding out what was going on with Morgan early would have the best outcome for treating him and making him a healthy kitty again, so I brought him in. Finding out Morgan has diabetes was daunting at first, but Dr. Zubaidy and the staff at JCAH have been very good at teaching me how to care for and treat him at home, and have made it a priority for Morgan to be as calm and comfortable as possible when he is there for appointments. Morg is now on the road to regulating his blood sugar levels and becoming his normal self again. I can’t imagine going to any other vet at this point, and I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a Veterinarian and staff that truly cares for your animal as if it was their own. We love Dr. Zena and her staff. Our pup loves his Vet visits and actually runs to the car when we tell him we're going to see the Dr. He's had all his vaccines and his Neuter there and he's had the best care while at the clinic and after hours. My cat went in for a procedure. I had to go back in 2 weeks and get him checked out to make sure he heeled well. He had a cone on and was taking medication so I was hoping we could take off the cone and stop the needs. The day of our pre-booked check in with the vet I had to leave work early because that's the only time the vet had for me to come. I raced home got my cat and started driving to the vet. I get a call 2 minutes before my appointment time and I am litterly pulling into the parking lot and they tell me sorry we have to cancel. There was no care about my cat about me about the service NOTHING. Did you know their policy is if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice you get charged. But they can do it to someone? I will 100% never go back. If I could rate a 0 I would. Read Less

I can't say much on the veterinarian bc I've never seen her.....But I do go to the groomers they have there and she's amazing. She treats your dog as your own. My dog hates going to the groomers and always cries and shakes but when she comes out she's happy and playful. I trust Monica with my dog. She's extremely detailed and very patient. She's so fair with her pricing. She takes one client at a time. She doesn't overbook. I just don't have any negative comments to say about her. If you go to her you won't regret it ! Read Less

Out of the 5 vet clinics we've been to, Dr. Zeena was the first to recommend a treatment plan that we can understand and act on. Our dog had sudden back leg paralysis and my wife and I were devastated. We got x-rays and blood work done immediately and went to her for a second opinion to avoid surgery. Dr. Zeena treated our 4 year old dog with an abnormally long torso and herniated disc with 6 laser sessions along with supplement shots to increase synovial fluid for early onset arthritis. I am working in the medical field (Emergency Services); hence, I can evaluate an emergency management when I see one. I drove my friend to that clinic; he was highly panicked seeing his dog suffering after being hit by a car. The dog had a very proper emergency management and 3 surgical interventions in the clinic; one of them was related to his hip joint stabilization. This is not an aggressive statement but I am sure that most veterinarians and even dogs owners would rather euthanize the dog than going through such a challenge. After that I did recommend this clinic to several friends of mine, some in the Paramedic service, and they are regular visitors to that place and never heard but the good things, coincidence??
