Many thanks to Dr. Sam and staff. We brought in our best friend Buddy (the cat) on an emergency basis to try to save him. Dr. Sam and staff went above and beyond in their professional ministrations as he was there several days. While ultimately Buddy passed away we are grateful for their care and compassion for our pet.
We would highly recommend Dr. Sam and his animal hospital to care for your pet.

I just returned from this clinic. The door was unlocked and I was greeted by a small growly dog who proceeded to poo on the floor!
I called out several times but no one seemed to be there. I called the number on the window and the lady
Answered, Hello? But said there is someone there I think. Eventually (20 minutes later) a teenager came out apologizing.
He looked about 15 years old. He called a vet in Mississauga who said it would be 30 minutes or longer
For someone to get there. The cost would be $350 plus tax. I left without staying for the appointment.
The vet never spoke to me. It was the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
They are trying to save money by having a child man the phones and he was sleeping in the back.
I would never trust their skills based on this experience.
I give it a ZERO STAR rating but it wouldn't compute so I had to put 1 star.....Terrible!

I called with an emergency after my puppy picked up a toad and started frothing at the mouth. I was terrified and called in a panic- the vet on call told me my dog had been poisoned and I needed to come immediately to induce vomiting. I rinsed his mouth out and put him in the car immediately, but while driving, he seemed totally fine so I called another hospital for a 2nd opinion and they told me he would likely be fine and that inducement was only necessary if he had an allergic reaction (diarrhea, vomiting, swelling etc.). The original vet never told me about this, and preyed on the panic of a new dog owner to make money- not to mention, was willing to put tremendous stress (induced vomiting) on a 5 month old puppy unnecessarily .

Words can't even describe how thankful I am to have had such a compassionate and caring clinic staff take care of the final decision for our sweet Cat. The staff and vet were extremely helpful in making decisions. They go above and beyond to help you if they can and truly know what they are doing.They allowed us to stay with him during the procedure of euthanasia and they took great care of my boy and made him look so very peaceful as he used to look when he was sleeping. Everything was immaculate. I miss my sweet boy every day but having his urn with me at home makes it a little easier - thank you so so much for everything, we truly are grateful and highly recommend them!! "

Excellent Vets… I hope no one has to ever be in an emergency situation with their pet but if you are…this is definitely the place to go. The quick response and strong knowledge of Dr. Aziz saved my dog life and I’m so grateful for his work. My dog went to this clinic almost dead after losing lots of blood from deep cut wound on the leg. The vets here within less than half hour did control to the bleeding, sedated the dog, gave IV fluids, took radiography and prepared for immediate surgery. Next day I received my dog active and walking on the leg normally, looks like he did not make any surgery on the leg. The hospital staff was amazing!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could

If I could give zero stars, I would, because that is what this vet deserves. Zero stars. Terrible service. It is evident to me that the woman who was seeing my puppy hates her job. The entire time she seemed annoyed and upset to be there. The only time we observed any normal, polite behaviour, was when we paid and were out the door. We had a feeling that something was wrong during the entire exam, but my senses really went off when she told me the combination food my breeder (who is one of the top in Canada for this breed) recommended was bad (Blue buffallo/Go!), and then attempted to sell me her cheap, wet, puppy food. So, after some research, we went to another vet we found great reviews on google for. Wow. Night and day difference in service. I am willing to accept dealing with someone who isn't the best "people person" if they are knowledgeable in their field and will keep my puppy healthy. However, this vet is neither knowledgable, nor pleasant. Let me just say this, I did not tell my new vet about the experience we had at this location, only provided him with the medication info - as per new puppy registration. Both the new vet and his associates were very confused as to why my puppy was prescribed the medication he was. In his own words "highly inappropriate". Take my advice, stay away from this place, unless you want to be gouged for unnecessary medication and treatment.

I have taken my 2 dogs to Dr. Aziz for over 10 years now. This is a real review not fake. My one dog has heart failure. He has been dealing with the condition for almost 3 years now and with the great care he receives from Dr. Aziz is doing very well. My other dog is blind in one eye. If not for Dr. Aziz I would have spent 3000.00 to remove the eye. I was at the specialist crying and did not know what to do, so I called Dr. Aziz and he took my call right away. He told me not to remove the eye. It has been 3 years now and she is fine and you cant even tell she is blind in one eye.Dr. Aziz is very helpful and always goes out of his way to help me to save money. He will tell me all my options even if it means a lose of money to his business. I am not sure why someone would post a review about how he has taken advantage of them. That has not been my experience at all. Dr. Aziz has always helped me to save money. I know it is hard sometimes to come up with so much money to help your pet, but he is only trying to help. You have the final say and only you know if you can afford it. I have never felt taken advantage of because he always gave me my options and asked me what I would like to do next. That's what a good vet will do. The doctor even takes in unwanted pets to clinic and takes care of them. He works long hours and is always available when I need him. I never have any problems getting appointments or talk to him on the phone. I have been to many vets and most doctors will not take your calls or rush in to the clinic when you need them.He really does care about the animals.

My wife and I had a horrible scare when our puppy (of 4 days) ate a piece of cotton and it got lodged in his GI tract. If it wasn't for these swift action of the staff then our puppy Greg would not be with us today!
Every step of the way they thoroughly communicated with my wife and I. They even were kind enough to speak to my parents veterinary friend to collaborate and make sure our dog was getting the best care, and he undoubtably was!
Above all else I truly believe the cared for my dog as if it was there own. They've got a customer for life in our dog Greg!

Stay away from this place !!!! I am betting many of the positive reviews on here are fakes!!! We do not recommend this vet/owner to anyone. We brought in our cat for sneezing and a few spots of blood near his nose and he threw every test at it but the kitchen sink. Over $1000 spent!!! He kept asking us "what do u want me to do next ? " as if we knew how to diagnose the cat. 3 1/2 hrs later the poor cat is shaking. He tells us the cat is dehydrated. Needs an IV. Then it goes from bad to worse, now our cat is 90% diabetic and needs medicine and diabetic food right away (so.my husband visibly upset pays for it) even tho I am sensing something is not right with this picture as the cat is very healthy other then the sneezing. Now the vet decides we should also buy a laxative and give the cat anti-biotics. So we pay for those. Then he shoves a dog pill down the cats throat and sells us a bag of "DOG" pill pockets ( which we realize later) What a JOKE !!! He doesn't even read what he gives the cat! Finally we see our reg vet who tells us the cat is perfect and was just " stressed out" thus sneezing and broke blood vessel. Likely over very recent move. Nothing more. He is shocked by our experience and says he will have words with the Vet, especially about diagnosing a healthy cat with diabetes based on a single test. He said the vet should know better. I went back to complain and get our money back. They refunded the dog pill pockets and diabetic food but would not refund tests as he said we told him to do the tests ( and he was right). Well played ! So we now feel like we got taken advantage of. huge!!! Be warned !! Do not see this so called Vet unless you have money to burn! He will suck every last dollar out of you with your animal paying the price for his greed and incompetence.

They couldn't even collect blood from my cat for a blood test. unnecessary excessive poking to 2 legs and then having to give intravenous liquids . They didnt know that the jugular is a much more reliable method. They were sure she was dehydrated. I have never seen so much extra done to get blood. 2 and half hour appt that should have been 45 min tops. over $500 for blood work and shots, normal exam. I was a complete bundle of nerves by the end of this ordeal. If you want to be gauged for extra exams and spend 2.5 hours at the vet for a normal blood work, yearly shots and exam then this is the place for you

The people who work in this hospital are simply amazing! I had an emergency - I got a 3-month-old savannah kitten from Spots on the Lake Cattery in Niagara Falls. He started having difficulties breathing and they had 2 excellent and compassionate veterinarians rushing to help. Unfortunately, the kitten died on his way to the facility and nothing could be done. Doctors in the clinic were very supportive and understanding and spent a good hour free of charge explaining the necroscopy findings to me. They were also kind enough to send their condolences letter several days later, the courtesy that I've never received from the breeder. I saw how much they love animals and how compassionate and professional they are. Wish I took my kitten to them right after picking him up from the breeder. Thank you so much Dr.Ghali and Dr.Aziz! All my family is still mourning our loss, but whenever we decide to have another pet we will definitely take them to you!

Dr-Aziz is very professional, works long hours ( so we can take our cat there after work between 8 pm to 10 pm) and on Sundays as well. Clinic is new and neat clean. Prices are not the lowest, but acceptable, I guess you have to pay for the good service.

I called with an emergency after my puppy picked up a toad and started frothing at the mouth. I was terrified and called in a panic- the vet on call told me my dog had been poisoned and I needed to come immediately to induce vomiting. I rinsed his mouth out and put him in the car immediately, but while driving, he seemed totally fine so I called another hospital for a 2nd opinion and they told me he would likely be fine and that inducement was only necessary if he had an allergic reaction (diarrhea, vomiting, swelling etc.). The original vet never told me about this, and preyed on the panic of a new dog owner to make money- not to mention, was willing to put tremendous stress (induced vomiting) on a 5 month old puppy unnecessarily .

Words can't even describe how thankful I am to have had such a compassionate and caring clinic staff take care of the final decision for our sweet Cat. The staff and vet were extremely helpful in making decisions. They go above and beyond to help you if they can and truly know what they are doing.They allowed us to stay with him during the procedure of euthanasia and they took great care of my boy and made him look so very peaceful as he used to look when he was sleeping. Everything was immaculate. I miss my sweet boy every day but having his urn with me at home makes it a little easier - thank you so so much for everything, we truly are grateful and highly recommend them!! "

Excellent Vets… I hope no one has to ever be in an emergency situation with their pet but if you are…this is definitely the place to go. The quick response and strong knowledge of Dr. Aziz saved my dog life and I’m so grateful for his work. My dog went to this clinic almost dead after losing lots of blood from deep cut wound on the leg. The vets here within less than half hour did control to the bleeding, sedated the dog, gave IV fluids, took radiography and prepared for immediate surgery. Next day I received my dog active and walking on the leg normally, looks like he did not make any surgery on the leg. The hospital staff was amazing!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could

If I could give zero stars, I would, because that is what this vet deserves. Zero stars. Terrible service. It is evident to me that the woman who was seeing my puppy hates her job. The entire time she seemed annoyed and upset to be there. The only time we observed any normal, polite behaviour, was when we paid and were out the door. We had a feeling that something was wrong during the entire exam, but my senses really went off when she told me the combination food my breeder (who is one of the top in Canada for this breed) recommended was bad (Blue buffallo/Go!), and then attempted to sell me her cheap, wet, puppy food. So, after some research, we went to another vet we found great reviews on google for. Wow. Night and day difference in service. I am willing to accept dealing with someone who isn't the best "people person" if they are knowledgeable in their field and will keep my puppy healthy. However, this vet is neither knowledgable, nor pleasant. Let me just say this, I did not tell my new vet about the experience we had at this location, only provided him with the medication info - as per new puppy registration. Both the new vet and his associates were very confused as to why my puppy was prescribed the medication he was. In his own words "highly inappropriate". Take my advice, stay away from this place, unless you want to be gouged for unnecessary medication and treatment.

I have taken my 2 dogs to Dr. Aziz for over 10 years now. This is a real review not fake. My one dog has heart failure. He has been dealing with the condition for almost 3 years now and with the great care he receives from Dr. Aziz is doing very well. My other dog is blind in one eye. If not for Dr. Aziz I would have spent 3000.00 to remove the eye. I was at the specialist crying and did not know what to do, so I called Dr. Aziz and he took my call right away. He told me not to remove the eye. It has been 3 years now and she is fine and you cant even tell she is blind in one eye.Dr. Aziz is very helpful and always goes out of his way to help me to save money. He will tell me all my options even if it means a lose of money to his business. I am not sure why someone would post a review about how he has taken advantage of them. That has not been my experience at all. Dr. Aziz has always helped me to save money. I know it is hard sometimes to come up with so much money to help your pet, but he is only trying to help. You have the final say and only you know if you can afford it. I have never felt taken advantage of because he always gave me my options and asked me what I would like to do next. That's what a good vet will do. The doctor even takes in unwanted pets to clinic and takes care of them. He works long hours and is always available when I need him. I never have any problems getting appointments or talk to him on the phone. I have been to many vets and most doctors will not take your calls or rush in to the clinic when you need them.He really does care about the animals.

My wife and I had a horrible scare when our puppy (of 4 days) ate a piece of cotton and it got lodged in his GI tract. If it wasn't for these swift action of the staff then our puppy Greg would not be with us today!
Every step of the way they thoroughly communicated with my wife and I. They even were kind enough to speak to my parents veterinary friend to collaborate and make sure our dog was getting the best care, and he undoubtably was!
Above all else I truly believe the cared for my dog as if it was there own. They've got a customer for life in our dog Greg!

Stay away from this place !!!! I am betting many of the positive reviews on here are fakes!!! We do not recommend this vet/owner to anyone. We brought in our cat for sneezing and a few spots of blood near his nose and he threw every test at it but the kitchen sink. Over $1000 spent!!! He kept asking us "what do u want me to do next ? " as if we knew how to diagnose the cat. 3 1/2 hrs later the poor cat is shaking. He tells us the cat is dehydrated. Needs an IV. Then it goes from bad to worse, now our cat is 90% diabetic and needs medicine and diabetic food right away (so.my husband visibly upset pays for it) even tho I am sensing something is not right with this picture as the cat is very healthy other then the sneezing. Now the vet decides we should also buy a laxative and give the cat anti-biotics. So we pay for those. Then he shoves a dog pill down the cats throat and sells us a bag of "DOG" pill pockets ( which we realize later) What a JOKE !!! He doesn't even read what he gives the cat! Finally we see our reg vet who tells us the cat is perfect and was just " stressed out" thus sneezing and broke blood vessel. Likely over very recent move. Nothing more. He is shocked by our experience and says he will have words with the Vet, especially about diagnosing a healthy cat with diabetes based on a single test. He said the vet should know better. I went back to complain and get our money back. They refunded the dog pill pockets and diabetic food but would not refund tests as he said we told him to do the tests ( and he was right). Well played ! So we now feel like we got taken advantage of. huge!!! Be warned !! Do not see this so called Vet unless you have money to burn! He will suck every last dollar out of you with your animal paying the price for his greed and incompetence.

They couldn't even collect blood from my cat for a blood test. unnecessary excessive poking to 2 legs and then having to give intravenous liquids . They didnt know that the jugular is a much more reliable method. They were sure she was dehydrated. I have never seen so much extra done to get blood. 2 and half hour appt that should have been 45 min tops. over $500 for blood work and shots, normal exam. I was a complete bundle of nerves by the end of this ordeal. If you want to be gauged for extra exams and spend 2.5 hours at the vet for a normal blood work, yearly shots and exam then this is the place for you

The people who work in this hospital are simply amazing! I had an emergency - I got a 3-month-old savannah kitten from Spots on the Lake Cattery in Niagara Falls. He started having difficulties breathing and they had 2 excellent and compassionate veterinarians rushing to help. Unfortunately, the kitten died on his way to the facility and nothing could be done. Doctors in the clinic were very supportive and understanding and spent a good hour free of charge explaining the necroscopy findings to me. They were also kind enough to send their condolences letter several days later, the courtesy that I've never received from the breeder. I saw how much they love animals and how compassionate and professional they are. Wish I took my kitten to them right after picking him up from the breeder. Thank you so much Dr.Ghali and Dr.Aziz! All my family is still mourning our loss, but whenever we decide to have another pet we will definitely take them to you!

Dr-Aziz is very professional, works long hours ( so we can take our cat there after work between 8 pm to 10 pm) and on Sundays as well. Clinic is new and neat clean. Prices are not the lowest, but acceptable, I guess you have to pay for the good service.
