While I have no issue with the quality of care of this place, the level of professionalism is bordering on pathetic. Every visit they try to get you to commit to buying their overpriced foods and supplements, all of which you can get far cheaper elsewhere. Then I took our new pup in for her shots (paying full price for the vet appointment) and was told she needed boosters in 2 weeks. When I got the bill for the second appointment (where all that happened was the boosters) I found that I had been charged for another full veterinary appointment (close to $100 after taxes), even though she'd had her full appointment just 2 weeks earlier. When I complained about the charge they refused to do anything about it. They offer "large breeds" (which my puppy is) a free nutritional consultation at 6 months, which was supposed to happen today. I was on time for the appointment. I stood in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for them to say I could bring her in. After getting inside, they left us alone for another 30 minutes in the examination room without seeing the doctor and with nobody offering any explanation. Finally I got fed up and left. Since this is the level of professionalism I see there (profit being the only concern) I would never allow them to do anything actually serious to my dog. They don't seem to care about anything nearly as much as they care about how much money they can soak out of you, so we won't be returning. Lowest possible recommendation level. Read Less

VERY overpriced. I recommend Cavan Hills Veterinary Service. They are a team of kind, caring staff that did not try to rope me into any bad deals. My pets love and trust them.
