Go see Dr Jeffs. She has been our vet for nearly 3 years and she is the best. We moved vet clinics just so our cats can still see her. So if you want to get great care for your pets make sure to see her. She will always listen to what your concerns are ensure the best care for your pet. Read Less

The vet was very informative and did a thorough exam. She was not pushy and completely understood when I did not want to pay for additional tests and/or medication. As far as vets go I highly recommend this vet hospital. I have seen several different vets there and everyone is always friendly and happy to answer any questions. They have always gone the extra mile even they don't have to. The staff always welcomes my dog by name when we walk in and they always act extremely excited to see him. I once went in for a paw pad cut that wouldn't heal but they said they can't stitch up paw pads and the cut looked clean and properly cared for so they let me go and didn't charge me for the visit. A lot of dogs are scared of the vet but my dog gets super excited when we go there! Read Less

The staff at this clinic always goes the extra mile.  Not only did they bring in a specialist to ultrasound my cats heart; but the dedicated reception staff then spent the extra time to research and special order his medication from a pharmacy that would be cost effective for me. They are welcoming and polite, they follow-up with their patients, and handle even the most difficult of situations with class. Absolutely blessed with the experience we had at this clinic. We had to say goodbye to one of our furrbabies today and ALL of the staff we so incredibly sensitive and caring towards us. One caveat; veterinarians are thieves: they are ridiculously expensive. My family and I have come here for several dogs and we love the staff here. They are friendly, empathetic and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. Now we just need to get dogs on OHIP. Read Less

Dr Cliche and her associates are the best. She was there for my aging Chanelle who passed away 2 yrs ago and made sure she was well taken of.
