Highly unprofessional, condescending, beware!!! They had been treating my dog for an itch, prescribed two types of meds which were not working...no problem. I called to speak with the vet to get info on what to do as my dog developed bleeding cuts on her feet from biting them. The vet tech told me that the vet would call me back....He called me back, accused me of hanging up on the vet tech, told me i was rude and to go somewhere else. I explained to him that he was mistaking me with someone else as this incident simply didnt occur even remotely. He stated the he believed his staff member and he wouldnt treat my dog during her urgent issue. I am shocked, confused and have never had something like this happen...simply put its crazy! The vet tech and i had a completely pleasant convo, no issue at all, no hanging up.....upon asking the community and other vet clinics I was informed that weird stuff happens there and they treat people terribly!!!! STEER CLEAR! I am hoping they didnt also misdiagnose my dog and contribute to the major issue she now has after two prescriptions from them..one being over $200 .....CRAZY CRAZY PLACE! Read Less

Best Vet in Durham Region! Matt and the staff here are good humans. They charge a fair price, don't force things onto you and don't try to guilt you into doing more than is required to keep your fur baby happy and healthy. I've had some negative (and very costly) experiences with Vet's in the past and Matt and his team have renewed my faith with their sincerity and genuine kindness and caring towards my dog. Great practice, great people, highly recommended. Read Less
