Within an hour , I had an appointment this morning, after an anxious call to Osgoode Veterinary Services. Service was prompt when I arrived. Catherine took the time to explain and talk to me about my concerns for my senior cat. Dr. Sparling was thorough and caring during the consult and examination. I was on vacation in the Ottawa area this past week, when my silky terrier took sick...We though it might be the heat, but when he stopped eating & drinking we knew he needed to see a vet...I called the Osgoode Vet Services and they advise I should come in right away as small dogs can get dehydrated very quickly...We took Shiloh to see Dr. Laura, she examined Shiloh and explained it was probably a virus...She gave him a shot, prescribed antibiotics & probiotics with canned food for the next 72 hours...After 24 hours Shiloh was feeling much better...I was so impressed with the service we received...The clinic even called back twice over the next few days to make sure everything was OK...I have never received such great treatment & service...Thank you Dr Laura & all the staff for caring and your professional service!!!! Went to see Dr. Wilson in December 2015 because my cat was acting very aggressively. We were promised a followup phone call from her shortly after. We were not home at the time and she said in her voicemail that she was following up but never said for us to call her back. She just said she was leaving on holidays. When we tried to call back after her holidays, she wouldn't return our calls. I was not impressed and I feel that if you are promised a followup call that she should have at least returned my call. Also, we followed all of her recommendations for our cat and we didn't find any improvement in her behavior. She shouldn't be advertising this type of specialty.Read Less

I an so thankful for the kind staff and competent dr who even work on Sundays so that those of us who work all week can get to appointments! Dr Sparling took our concerns very seriously - was very hands on - and even collected the uring sample himself out front of the clinic, tested it in the back and provided the antibiotics required.
