I took my adult cat, Saxon, there for a long overdue checkup, shots and a neutering.... He was a rescue (literally) cat.... Mostly passed with flying colours... But anyway, everything went well... He's over his "trauma" like it never happened... Prices were good, the people there are great and I really appreciated the followup calls from the vet himself to see how the cat was doing.... I came here today because my sweet baby boy was constipated. Knowing what I needed done I called them to see if they could take me in asap. They didn't hesitate and had me come as soon as I could. I asked them to do an xray to make sure there was nothing in my baby boys tummy. Nope, nothing there...other then a ton of poop. I was offered different treatments and knew when I went there what I wanted to do as a plan of operation. I wasnt forced into anything and everything was... told to me as a human. I am very happy to say my Ty Gabriel is on the mend already. Not only are the drs. knowledgeable, but they also run a very clean clinic. I could eat off the floor anywhere in this place. I wanted to say from the bottom of my heart Thank You. I work in pet retail and have for over 17 years. A lot of my job is helping people with referrals of vets, grooming, pet boarding ect. I have been I situations where I thought I couldn't get help for my fur babies and they have gone above and beyond for me. Worst vet ever first of all he was scared of both of my dogs and one was only a few months old and the other was probably just as scared as he was. He charged me more than what he said he was going to and tried to convince me my dog needed teeth removed after an X-ray was done on her jaw but the problem was all of her joints not just her jaw so obviously that wasn’t the problem. Never went back after that and my dog is now on medication for sore joints and it doing perfectly fine the guy is a moron. I now go to the vet on simcoe and Rossland and the staff there is absolutely amazing. Read Less

Fantastic experience. My sheppard needed a fairly serious incision to remove a very large cyst. They stayed on top of her healing and progress....were caring...and priced reasonable. Definitely recommend!! My dog is doing great!!! Read Less

Best vet I have ever been to. Reasonable rates and he doesnt charge for all he does to keep costs down. Staff are also very kind and caring and dedicated to helping animals. They called to check up on my dog the next day to see how he was feeling and all the staff signed a Christmas card.They go over and above and its refreshing. They were all incredibly kind to me when I had to put my cat to sleep. I didn't expect to get a card in the mail from them, every single person on staff personally signed the card and wrote something in it giving their condolences. I was incredibly touched. I wish my score could go lower. Dr. S. Sekhon killed my baby boy. Russian Blue and angora mix he was such a perfect kitten the biggest piece of shit but the biggest teddy bear you could expect in cat he was three years old and very healthy until recently; he was looking very off the previous day so the next day I took him to see the doctor who sedated him without any blood work, he was supposed to be simply in and out after the max two hours but within 20-30 minutes I had got... a call that my angel had passed away after being sedated and during his moved from x-ray section to table. Lincoln was very healthy and extremely content with his life and didn't look at deaths row. It's ridiculous and he just pulled a price of 467 for the total and a promise I'd see him soon. I've never heard of cats dying from anthesia, broke my fucking heart I'm traumatized and there's isn't anything that can replace his presence. I took my girl Autumn there for surgery to have some skin growths removed and dental cleaning. They were professional and polite called to inform you throughout the process, also called the following day after surgery to make sure everything was going okay. I will definitely recommend them. The vet was very gracious and polite, answered all my questions and so did the other staff, even the girl at the front desk, sorry don't remember her name help put my anxiety at ease, in regards to the surgery. Amazing place. We've had pets for years. We currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats and the utmost care has been taken for them. The vet techs are just awesome. The prices are reasonable and the place is very welcoming. If you want the best care taken I highly recommend this place if you're local. It's a tiny hospital so therefore the service is naturally friendly not phony. My basset hound loves to go. Yes... My dog is anxious to go in when we visit. My 18 year old cat likes going home much more than going to get a check up. Typically feline attitude though.Read Less

This has to be the worst vet I have ever gone to the made it seem like I was a bad animals owner because I wasn't going to get a deworming done when they told me they have no worms so why would I get them dewormed if they don't have worms they try to scam people to get more money cause they have no costumers and pluse the vet was scared to Touch my dog how are u going to be a vet but scared of dogs this place is by fair the worst vet in Oshawa and the receptionist was so rude I switched to Rossland and simcoe vet and they are awesome the receptionis also told me that there is no dust or preservatives in dog food like how duke is this girl there's fillers and dust and hole bunch of stuff in dog food but according to her u can feed you dog anything it dosnt matter is what she told me Read Less

Do not take your animals here!!!!While the Vet techs are caring the Vet himself is cold and doesn't listen to what you tell him.He preformed a procedure on my pet that should have never been done.The blood work showed he had a kidney infection and that should have been treated first. If it had....my baby boy would have still been with us.I'm heartbroken and don't want want anyone else's fur babies to be taken away from them. Read Less
