If I could give this charnel house a lower rating I would. Was informed by e mail today that one of my cats was due for his rabies and feline distemper shots since his kitten shots were about a year ago. I phoned them for another urgent matter but they simply HAD to talk about these vaccinations. When I told them this was strictly an indoor cat and I was not going to have the shots done, I was informed that these vaccinations were required by law in the city of Oshawa. That was a lie.When I let this lady know the cat lived in downtown Toronto, I was told it was also required by law in the city of Toronto to obtain these injections. Now this second lie BORDERS ON FRAUD. It is heartbreaking because I was actually calling to ask for euthanasia support for my 18 year old kitty who has been hit by a car and is horrible pain. I was immediately told by this "emergency animal hospital" that they were booked solid all week and they couldn't help me.Please be careful trusting any of your loved pets to this horrible, cruel and avaricious business. They shouldn't be allowed near defenceless animals.

They are the best, I cannot recommend them enough! I took my dog in for a complimentary consultation for dental work. Dr. Brown took the time to go over everything with me so I understood what would happen during the procedure. They’re very honest and upfront about pricing so there are no surprises in the end. It was a wonderful experience for me and my little pup and we’ll never go anywhere else now!

Dr. Rowland & Dr. Brown have been amazing & have helped our Basset Hound a lot, they even neutered him & fixed up a bad paw cut and did an amazing job. They are polite, professional & very clean, they also never made us feel rushed. Filiz (a client serv rep there) was amazing during an emergency visit there. Pamela & Alana @ the front desk are always in a good mood & welcoming when we arrive or call with questions. Although it is not the most inexpensive hospital in Oshawa, we don't mind paying a little bit more knowing our dog is always in good care when he's had to be there. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Dr. Brown and her team take the animal's best interest to heart while remaining sympathetic to the owner also. We found Dr. Brown through word of mouth and she saved our dog's life and greatly improved our dog's quality of life for her last 3 years. I could go on an on about how wonderful she and her whole team are, but in general as long as we have pets we will stick with Rossland Animal Clinic and feel fortunate to have them to rely on for our pet's needs.

Congratulations Dr. Brown and Staff on the opening of your new Hospital. You are the most professional and compassionate Veterinarian I have ever met. You diagnosed our poor cat immediately and explained his disease what options were for him. You were there when it was time to let him go to a better place. You took such good care to make this transition as easy and painless as possible for him and us. Unlike other Vets you chose not to put him through needless, expensive and painful tests or procedures. We know now our poor little Muffin is in Animal heaven running around pain free. Thank you for your amazing care.

If I could give this charnel house a lower rating I would. Was informed by e mail today that one of my cats was due for his rabies and feline distemper shots since his kitten shots were about a year ago. They are the best, I cannot recommend them enough! I took my dog in for a complimentary consultation for dental work. Dr. Brown and her team take the animal's best interest to heart while remaining sympathetic to the owner also. We found Dr. Brown through word of mouth and she saved our dog's life and greatly improved our dog's quality of life for her last 3 years. I could go on an on about how wonderful she and her whole team are, but in general as long as we have pets we will stick with Rossland Animal Clinic and feel fortunate to have them to rely on for our pet's needs.
