I brought my dog there after stating that l was an old age pensioner and explaining l couldn't really afford this service. They told me to bring over my dog and the charge would be 60.00 to take a look at the dog. I went there and the doctor looked at my dog gave him the treatment without informing me of the cost. Then told me the bill was 228.. I explained l couldn't afford this amount and still paid the bill. After 6 weeks of the same symptoms l call to explain l still have the same problem and nothing has changed with the dog. They told me to bring in the dog and there would be more charged. I explained l couldn't afford it. They told me l may need to get rid of the dog. Please be careful when dealing with this clinic especially if they don't tell you the price before the service. I can't say enough about the care that Bella received before,during and after her surgery. Of course I was very nervous with her only being two, and did not know to much about the surgery. They explained everything, did all the proper test before her surgery, and stayed in contacted for at least four weeks after. She is so much better. She pulled a ligament, and this had to be replaced. I would not hesitate recommending Simcoe Rossland Veterinarian. Great Dr., great staff. Read Less
