This used to be a great place with lots of care for animals. With going to VCA, the 'care' factor has diminished so much we have moved our business elsewhere. Not to mention exams are over $95. Not worth the new price! Conglomerates just don't do the trick for us ! Last time we were in, the vet that saw us who must have graduated yesterday, provided no feedback of value and we had to beg to try a new antibiotic as the other one wasn't curing the problem long term.

We were looking for a new place to take our pets after being disappointed in the experience at our previous animal hospital. I am so glad we took this step!
The difference was apparent as soon as we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted by smiling and friendly staff and a technician offered to let us wait in an exam room so our cat could be let out of its carrier and get used to the room. We were also offered coffee, tea or water.
The veterinarian was lovely. We appreciated the gentle way that the veterinarians used when interacting with our pets. They were able to adapt to our stressed cats and our dog without problems.
Thank you very much to all the staff for creating and maintaining such a welcoming environment. We felt our pets were treated with love and we appreciate it can be challenging especially when they are nervous.
All services were clearly explained and quoted. Each bill was outlined in detail by a staff member. We appreciated the transparency.
We believe we have finally found an animal hospital for our pets where we have a trusting relationship with the staff. They have set a new bar.

They gave me the price for all of our treatments before doing anything to make sure that the care was within my budget. They took time to talk about how the kitten was doing at home and made suggestions for how to help curb some behaviours. We are so lucky to have this team in our neighborhood.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, as well as very reasonable. The prices here are standard. One thing I notice and appreciate about this animal hospital is that the staff have you and your pets best interests at heart. I love how they have an exam room dedicated to cats only. The vet did a very thorough examination of my cat and made recommendations accordingly. She noticed some plaque on my kitty's teeth and offered a free sample of food that will help combat this. Now this sample is a big bag that will last 2-3 weeks for my 2 cats. They love it and the're much happier after our visit. Thank you so much!

The doctor was great and reception was friendly, however we arrived 15 minutes early for our dogs appointment, and they were still just over 10 minutes late getting him in to the room. Even a well behaved dog gets antsy when he's inside a building for half an hour on a leashe not moving. Then, after the visit, the receptionist proceeded to take a 15 minute personal call, while not on break from the "just a moments" she gave to customers, before she would accept payment. In all having almost half an hour wasted wasn't enjoyable, but our dog was well taken care of.

While it is still hard to write this post, I do want to express my extreme thanks to Dr. Elder and his team for helping me through the difficult loss of my soulmate Mia. Mia was a frequent visitor to Bayview and let me just say she had no fear of going to the vet. The amazing technicians made each and every visit a treat for my wonderful friend. From the very start to the end Bayview has been there for my friend. Most importantly the care, time and advice provided during the difficult moments at the end of my dear friends life were above and beyond anything I would have expected and yet it truly meant everything to me. I cannot thank you enough for the care you provided and for giving me peace with a decision that I can only say was the best of the worst. What I remember is that she was happy to see you, she was surrounded by her family, and everyone there only wanted the best for her. Thank you.

I have been bringing Maharaja here since he was a new kitten. He has had two checkups and a lion cut so far. The staff and doctors were all friendly and professional. They clearly informed me what would be happening to my cat before proceeding with anything. I have complete confidence leaving him with them when it is necessary.
I really appreciated the cat information evening the hospital put on last year. I learned a great deal about better cat care, and the hospital. I hope they will make this an annual event.
I highly recommend this animal hospital for anyone with a cat.

I just had my first visit here with Bishop The Tripod Cat and I couldn't be happier - the vet and the vet tech were so kind and informative and wonderful. The doctor was great and reception was friendly, however we arrived 15 minutes early for our dogs appointment, and they were still just over 10 minutes late getting him in to the room. Even a well behaved dog gets antsy when he's inside a building for half an hour on a leashe not moving. Then, after the visit, the receptionist proceeded to take a 15 minute personal call, while not on break from the "just a moments" she gave to customers, before she would accept payment. In all having almost half an hour wasted wasn't enjoyable, but our dog was well taken care of.

While it is still hard to write this post, I do want to express my extreme thanks to Dr. Elder and his team for helping me through the difficult loss of my soulmate Mia. Mia was a frequent visitor to Bayview and let me just say she had no fear of going to the vet. The amazing technicians made each and every visit a treat for my wonderful friend. From the very start to the end Bayview has been there for my friend. Most importantly the care, time and advice provided during the difficult moments at the end of my dear friends life were above and beyond anything I would have expected and yet it truly meant everything to me. I cannot thank you enough for the care you provided and for giving me peace with a decision that I can only say was the best of the worst. What I remember is that she was happy to see you, she was surrounded by her family, and everyone there only wanted the best for her. Thank you.

I've been taking my multiple and various fur buddies to Dr. White, and his dad before him, for 26 years now. They always seem to come through for my four legged pals and have great human bed side manners as well. They are very good at diagnosing and treating whatever problems they are presented with. I highly recommend them and so does my current two cats and two dogs.

I have been bringing Maharaja here since he was a new kitten. He has had two checkups and a lion cut so far. The staff and doctors were all friendly and professional. They clearly informed me what would be happening to my cat before proceeding with anything. I have complete confidence leaving him with them when it is necessary.
I really appreciated the cat information evening the hospital put on last year. I learned a great deal about better cat care, and the hospital. I hope they will make this an annual event.
I highly recommend this animal hospital for anyone with a cat.

I just had my first visit here with Bishop The Tripod Cat and I couldn't be happier - the vet and the vet tech were so kind and informative and wonderful. I was nervous about the first visit (you just never know!) and to be greeted and treated with such kindness put me at ease straight away. I am incredibly happy I decided to come here and am actually looking forward to our next visit! I know my new fur baby (well, okay, senior citizen) is in good hands. :)
