Over the weekend, my dog had puppies and needed some emergency help halfway through her delivery. Dr. Gomez surpassed my expectations beyond measure. I gave him hourly updates before and after her delivery and felt that he genuinely cared for my dog and her puppies. He was compassionate, informative and clear, easing my (and my dog's) mind in a stressful situation. We have five healthy puppies and momma thanks to him! He gave excellent follow up, and is not overpriced. It's nice to see veterinarians who truly enjoy their jobs and actually care for your pet. I will never go to another clinic! Read Less

My boyfriend & I were vacationing for 2 weeks up at our family cottage in Sauble Beach in mid-August. We always take our dogs, cats and rats with us when we go. The second week we were there, our sweet little rat, Odin, caught his hind foot and ripped his toenail off during the night; when I went to check on him in the morning he had bled profusely all over his cage and was listless and pale. In fact, he was still bleeding, so I packed his toe with styptic powder and contacted the clinic that I had an emergency and needed to bring my little guy in asap. Needless to say, after 3 visits throughout the week for injections of fluids/electrolytes, a B12 shot, antibiotics and some critical care feeding (as he was not drinking or eating), Odin came through with flying colours and is now back to his normal, healthy self. He was such a brave little rat and we cannot thank the staff and Dr. Boyle enough for all the wonderful and tender care they gave him. We feel so fortunate to have firstly, found a clinic that treats pocket pets and secondly, been able to have peace of mind during our holiday that excellent care was not far away while on vacation. Yesterday we said goodbye to our baby Levi...our family cat. Such a sad time for our family. But as families do we all came together to be with him in the end to confort him. All the vets and technicians are amazing and caring. Dr.Gomez has helped us through some rough times with our elderly cat's health problems. He often called after hours to see how his patient was doing. When the inevitable time came for us to make the decision to euthanize, he was supportive and compassionate.
