My family has brought our dogs here ever since I was little. When I was old enough to have my own dog, I took him there too. We would travel from Barrie whenever we needed him checked as the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always provided us with the most honest opinion. They never engaged in 'up-selling' and I never left second guessing myself. When it came time to put my dog down two weeks ago, the staff were comforting, understanding and very caring. I've owned pets my entire life and have had many veterinarians given I move around a lot. Dr. Mike was our initial vet for our two cats and dog. Fabulous to work with. Very thorough. When our dog got hit by a car, Dr. Ian was on call and became her vet by default. Fantastic. He was also thorough in his diagnosis and subsequent treatment and gentle manner Very caring. The staff blew me away. Friendly, helpful, caring and showed Lassie all the love she would get at home.
