We were not clients of Cobblestone as we had always used the same vet in Woodstock who has now retired and we just kept going their even though we live in Paris now. We had a 14 year old border collie...
We were not clients of Cobblestone as we had always used the same vet in Woodstock who has now retired and we just kept going their even though we live in Paris now. We had a 14 year old border collie who we found laying at bottom of stairs. We think she was scared during storm and tried to head for basement and fell down stairs. She could not walk. We called our vet and they said booked wouldn’t take her and gave us an emergency #. They didn’t open until 6pm at night. This was first thing in the morning. We called back and pleaded for them to see her, they would not. I called around and Cobblestone Vets booked us in within 45 minutes and we are not their clients. They obviously truly care about each animal. We had to have our Maggie put down and were so very sad but not surprised. I want to thank and give praise and my appreciation to the staff and to Dr. Melanie who looked after Maggie and us with tenderness, care and kindness and efficiency. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Cobblestones.

I breed Pomeranian dogs and must say Cobblestone Vet Hospital is BEST i could find to help me to keep my dogs in perfect health.
Dr. Melanie Bateson, Dr. Meghan Goodrow, Sacha Lewis, Angie Cain, and Joelle Ross are great people who always ready to do their best for treating animals. They are attantive, happy, lovely, high professional people who give a great care for my dogs and puppies.
I highly reccommend them to anyone who want to meet a TRUE Vets :)

Frist I want to mention the staff Dr. Melanie Bateson, Dr. Meghan Goodrow, Sacha Lewis, Angie Cain, and Joelle Ross. Reason is that each of these staff members has treated Mazzlo and myself with utmost respect and professionalism and have gone above and beyond their normal duties to a client. Things like following up on a pet insurance claim letting me know what has gone on after it has been filed. Keeping me notified on what Mazzlo needs and doesn't need to make sure he remains my healthy best friend for a very long time. If you live in the Paris area I cannot stress it enough Cobblestone Animal Hospital is where you want to take your pet for great health care and peace of mind.

I just went to my 1st appointment at Cobblestone Animal Hospital since moving in with my new Dad :) My Doctor was Dr. Melanie she was awesome she took her time with me examined me gently and even gave me "TREATS" ! She even took the time with my Dad to explain what he should be doing to make sure I live a full and happy life too & let me have a time out to go do my business too. :) I got all my shots and that let me get a key to "THE CLUB" (Dog Park) so now I can make new friends. Their hours of operation are excellent and they even have a full line of food products to help me lose a little weight as I am a BBD (Big Beautiful Dog) not FAT like Dad says.But with Dr. Melanie's help and the staff there plus doing flyball and agility I will become a lean and buff K9 soon will be kicking bones and taking names. Both my Dad and I highly recommend if you are looking for an Animal hospital and great Doctor stop into Cobblestone you won't be disappointed. Woof for now off to THE CLUB! The Mazz

They are confident, skilled and loving. They are attentive in their follow up and are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. We were not clients of Cobblestone as we had always used the same vet in Woodstock who has now retired and we just kept going their even though we live in Paris now. We had a 14 year old border collie who we found laying at bottom of stairs. We think she was scared during storm and tried to head for basement and fell down stairs. She could not walk.
