Dr Brittany was awesome....so attentive and genuinely concerned for my dogs well being. Not after my wallet just the best interest of my banjo boy!! Friendly knowledgeable staff also and they followed up a couple times!! Hats off to you ladies! ! Thank you a ton!!

Went here once when my cat was on his deathbed... the vet was in the back watching movies with her kids and refused to see us... luckily there are more professional vets in town who were willing to se...
Went here once when my cat was on his deathbed... the vet was in the back watching movies with her kids and refused to see us... luckily there are more professional vets in town who were willing to see us and save my cats life.

Love the staff here, especially Dr. Brittany Kern. They answer all my crazy questions and are so sweet to my boy. Truly compassionate and amazing people.

So impressed! While visiting my mom in Petawawa my Shih Tzu Zen got caught in a bur bush. I've dealt with burs in fur in the past but this time I was shocked to see Zen. She had burs buried deep insid...
So impressed! While visiting my mom in Petawawa my Shih Tzu Zen got caught in a bur bush. I've dealt with burs in fur in the past but this time I was shocked to see Zen. She had burs buried deep inside and underneath her ears and chest. To make matters worse she appeared to be having troubles breathing. She was coughing and trying to bring up what I believe was a bur caught in her throat. I rushed Zen to the Petawawa Animal Hospital. Caroline was at reception and greeted me with a warm, wonderful and calming smile. Because it was a Saturday a doctor wasn't on site so Caroline called Dr. Brittany Kern to come in. Dr. Kern arrived with a smile and cheerful attitude. She examined Zen and provided services to get Zen back on her feet and happy again. While Dr. Kern was taking care of Zen, Caroline continually updated me on the progress with Zen. My fees were very reasonable and I was very impressed with the staff and how much they cared about Zen. I plan on moving to Petawawa next year and will be bringing all three of my dogs to them.

Wonderful staff, good hours. Very patient and thorough when asking questions about your pet. The assistants are very helpful in telling you all of the at home care and prescription directions. I very ...
Wonderful staff, good hours. Very patient and thorough when asking questions about your pet. The assistants are very helpful in telling you all of the at home care and prescription directions. I very much like the fact that they call in and check on your pet to see how they are doing! Also that there is only 2 Doctors and both are wonderful. Nothing worse than going Into a vet and getting a different doctor every time. I will continue to go here for as long as I have pets :)

Always friendly. Always kind. Very compassionate. Never in a hurry to get you out. They take time to hear your concerns and explain all options. They respect your opinions about the best care for your pet. To me and my fur babies, they're like my extended family. I'd recommend Dr. Michelle and this clinic to anyone.
