Very friendly and honest. The vet went the extra mile to make sure there was no cure or ongoing scientific study for my kitty's illness. My kitten loved the treats. Euthanasia was painless and peaceful, and I could stay with him before, during, and after. They took a paw print with ink and mailed it in a sympathy card. At my request, the paw print also had some of his fur taped beside it. He was always treated well here and he liked the staff. Oddly enough, the lighting in the quiet solitary room is great for photos; I was able to get a nice clear shot at our first ever visit.
