Very friendly and compassionate staff. On the way out of town yesterday our dog rubbed himself into something that smelled terrible (theory is bear droppings) in the Tim Horton's parking lot. It made my husband sick instantly and we were looking at a 3 hour drive. I looked up and there was Port Carling Veterinary Services. I walked our dog over hoping they were open, friendly and able to help me out on the spot. They were on all fronts. They took over and shampooed our dog (3 times!) and although I would have paid anything at that point, they gave me a very reasonable price. Then they gave me spray for our car.
