**Edited after receiving a couple calls regarding my original review and speaking with someone from the clinic** Was not taken seriously at all when both my dogs had extremely severe reactions from Bravecto. They minimized what I was describing as "normal". Yes, they mentioned to bring them in, but I didn't appreciate their attitude so I brought them to the States in order for them to be taken care, and the latter followed up with the company, which reimbursed me for most of the costs (visit, blood work needed, meds). Used to be very impressed with them when I first moved in the area 15 years ago, but the changes and turn over in staff made in the last few years has left me pretty disappointed. The staff is usually very friendly and upbeat tho, I'll give them that. I have bought Revolution and food from them since the experience listed above. I no longer do. I've brought two pets for a visit since the experience listed above only due to the fact that I didn't have a vehicle and had to bring them to the closest vet ASAP. Things went well on both occasions. Melanie, who's no longer there, was super awesome and Vari was amazing as well and luckily is where I presently take my pets. I no longer feel they offer fair prices, nor do I feel they honestly inform clients who ask about certain products and their side effects. Read Less

wow wow. I'm totally happy shocked...... I needed a vet and went in search.. saw others reviews and decided I would give them a try.. I'm in shock. I have a pup who has medical needs of all kinds especially allergies. the vet tech was amazing.. really listened to me the new patient`safety mom.. they understood I'm open to help but also understood I know my dog and listened to what I do for him on a daily basis. they all petted cued and was all around interested in my pups. the reception was the same.. and when I met the vet I was even more convinced that the hour drive from home was well worth it. my dogs history from the old vets is 40 pages and she was more than interested in his records. making sure she had the info on him and his needs. I would highly recommend this vet centre.. they gave me recommendations and said they would make a call to me to remind me to renew the meds. I'm in more shock your going to call me... if you need a vet see these nice people.. you won't be disappointed.. Read Less

This clinic is amazing ! I called one day out of desperation with needing help with one of our stray cats. They were so helpful, kind and so sweet & informative. We brought him in and they were willing to work with us with regards to his care financially, being a stray and having several of them it would be easy not get him the help he needed due to financial reasons, but they were worried about him and did not want to see him go without the medical treatments he needed. So we worked together, our cat got the medical treatment he needed and is living a great life again. These people whom work here are absolutely fantastic, very kind and caring staff. I absolutely love the prescott animal hospital I've been with them since I was little and had my first cat and when she passed away I recived a lovely card from them and they were very caring. I now have a 3 year old cat and they take such good care of him when I bring him in. I can't stress how wonderful this hospital is. I highly recommend it to anyone in need.Read Less
