Pinnacle is the ONLY place ill go. My animals are family and they are treated as such. Dr andrew pender is knowledgeable, compassionate and puts up with a lot of crazy pet parents, and he does it all with a smile. My animals were is great hands right till the end :(. Highly recommend you take your pets here!

Warm, friendly staff. Took amazing care of my dog when she had surgery recently. Even got a follow up call from the Vet to see how she was recovering. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

I had a heartbreaking decision to make, to let my best friend go and not suffer any indignities that come with loosing her independence. PAH understood my loss and provided a safe environment for my family to say goodbye . Thank you Meille for all your devotion and your unconditional love over the last 7 years. Thk you PAH for giving her an extra 4 years to prove you can do anything on 3 legs!

We have been to many different vet offices, both locally and across the province, and none of them come close to Pinnacle. Their entire team is amazing. I have never met a more kind and caring team. They take the time to explain everything in detail and provide counsel and treatment like it was their own pet. The fees they charge are reasonable and they often have dicsounts available for various services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Pleasant staff. Very nice new and hugh building. The cost of veterinary services is insanly expensive. There is a newer clinic in Renfrew opening soon. Maybe competition will bring costs down .

Best veterinary care in the Valley. My poor dog developed an extremely abnormal hernia and required immediate surgery. The vet kept in touch with me throughout the process and even afterward, giving aftercare advice and tracking his recovery process by text message. They really care about your pet's well-being and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Amazing service for a pretty modest amount of money and Dr Pender is a very caring person who will take the time to explain his diagnosis and answer your questions thoroughly. He even opened up his clinic for us on a Saturday evening for what we thought was an emergency. Other people saw the lights on at the clinic and showed up with their pets and Dr Pender wouldn't turn them away until he saw their pets. Highly recommended!!!!!
