I would not recommend anyone to bring their pet here. The vets customer service is horrendous! He always mentions to buy food from him as well which is quite annoying. He is also extremely short with words so you get no in depth information about anything going on with your pet. Also, no follow up phone call to give test results that you paid for. First time pet owner. I've had a nightmare with my puppy's examination this morning at another vet. I came to this hospital later in the day as my puppy was getting sicker throughout the day & this hospital was recommended by the lady I got my dog from. Kristen and Dr.A we're amazing. Not only did they stay late just to take care of my puppy. Kristen really did an amazing job with my pet. She fed him when he wouldn't eat all day long & more importantly she put me and my boyfriends mind at ease. Showed us exactly how to take care of our baby and didn't leave work until after 8pm just to make sure my puppy and his owners were okay. Thank you SO much Bayview. & especially you Kristen. I took my dog here of 16 and will be taking nun new dog of 6 weeks here starting this week ; the vetnerarian doctor is one of a kind . He is honest , easybhoing, smart , and not forceful , and doenst make you feel inferior like most doctors do. I highly recommend him . His pricing is average. Read Less

WORST VET EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I took my dog for rabies shot during winter 2014. After the shot, she started growing tissue build-up near her back/hip area. I remained calm and called them to see if there would be any side effects and they said just watch for another few weeks or so. She still had the tissue build-up at where the shot was given and we went back to ask him what the issue was. All he said was "I don't know". and we demanded a test to find out what it was. He insisted that it is not his responsibility and will not carry out a test unless we pay him. I understand that he wants money for his tests, but for him to bring the money issue out to a client is extremely unprofessional and seems like he is simply money-oriented. I see that he has zero care for my pet. He then showed us a document which he thought explained about side effects from practices given by a vet which he thought we signed. It turns out that we have not signed any documents nor did we receive any notice about possible side effects. Was I supposed to think that the rabies shot given by a vet is prone to side effects? We were extremely disappointed with the service and how the vet conveyed his thoughts to us. We left saying that we will deal with it ourselves. A few days later, I got a mail from them. SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!! It was a letter saying that they will not be accepting us as clients at the clinic. Please find a bigger, and more reputated vet. It now may have become a personal hatred towards the vet and the clinic. However, for the vet to be treating their clients in such way is very disturbing. If my pet was treated with this issue earlier, she would not have to go through such hardship. Very irresponsible for the vet to simply say just wait and see. Please do not visit them.... Read Less
