Dr. Sirineni is gentle and caring to all animals. He has always addressed all of my concerns and takes the time with each pet (and owner). We are never rushed. We have been with the Ridgeway Animal Hospital for at least 13 years and have always had high quality service.

Worst customer service ever. Had 8:30 appointment for surgery and nobody showed up. I will be taking my 3 dogs elsewhere. Do not let them waste your time. Steer clear, lots of better run clinics aroun...

Both dr and staff are knowledgeable and kind and we have found them to always go the extra mile to help with our cats pet issues. I would highly recommend.

I have been going to dr sirineni at ridgeway animal hospital for about 3 yrs. They did have other vets there that i was not crazy about. But dr sirineni is very knowledgeable and has been very good to my pets. Prices are fair and they explain everything to me very well. Lesley and Christie are ver helpful also. Would recommend them.

They're lovely people, very caring with my dog. The prices are much more reasonable than what I pay in the GTA for the same services. After meeting them and seeing the care they gave my mom's golden I decided to bring my dog in, been here twice for a check-up with no complaints.

They have treated my dog very well. The staff is very caring and compassionate. The only issue i have is sometimes the vet is a little rough which im sure sometimes he has to be. But he is a very nice...

The staff here are caring, considerate, compassionate and helped us through the loss of our dog. I would recommend to anybody!

They are super friendly and very easy to get along with. The office manager is super nice and accommodating. My animals are treated with care and love here, just as I would expect.

If I could rate a zero I would. They removed a tumor from my dog's leg. They put a cast on his leg which caused a flesh-eating infection, they removed it, saw it, and did nothing. The following day it...
If I could rate a zero I would. They removed a tumor from my dog's leg. They put a cast on his leg which caused a flesh-eating infection, they removed it, saw it, and did nothing. The following day it was bleeding out so we took him to a different clinic and they had to remove skin and flesh all the way down to the bone, and his leg could be having to get amputated. Utter neglect, would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. Not only is my dog suffering, but I have to pay out over $1000 to keep my baby alive because they didn't do their job.

My dogs and I love Ridgeway animal hospital. The staff are amazing and we love them like family. The doctor is one of the best vets we've ever had. He's an amazing vet and great man.

They're lovely people, very caring with my dog. The prices are much more reasonable than what I pay in the GTA for the same services. After meeting them and seeing the care they gave my mom's golden I decided to bring my dog in, been here twice for a check-up with no complaints.

The following day it was bleeding out so we took him to a different clinic and they had to remove skin and flesh all the way down to the bone, and his leg could be having to get amputated. My dogs and I love Ridgeway animal hospital. The staff are amazing and we love them like family. The doctor is one of the best vets we've ever had. He's an amazing vet and great man.
