If you're looking for a professional, reputable & reliable veterinarian to examin your pet or expect improvement & prompt revovery, in Rockland, then this is Absolutely NOT the place to go. Everything in the place us "old school" and there is no receptionist or vet assistants.the prices for examinations & medication are half than everywhere else but the examination performed at my visit could of been done by any kid playing doctor. They dont do tests... so if you're looking for an answer or closure as to your animal's condition or sickness, you are absolutely out of luck.

Good vet, reasonable prices for those who own animals but cant always afford the more expensive consultation ($40 vs $80) and extra cost of meds ($50 vs $75) from other vets. Doesn't do tests, e-rays or other important tests. Must take animals elsewhere. I switch between the two vets. Dr. Laivgen for shots and antibiotics, and other vet for surgery, tests, etc. He needs an email address for booking appointments as he is very hard of hearing.

Good vet, reasonable prices for those who own animals but cant always afford the more expensive consultation ($40 vs $80) and extra cost of meds ($50 vs $75) from other vets.
