The veterinarians and staff at Wilson's Animal Hospital are wonderful. They are so patient and kind, knowledgeable and caring. Over the years our dogs have been examined and treated by Dr. Dave Wilson and Dr. Zack Young. The Vets are great listeners, very gentle with our dogs and thoroughly explain every possible detail about any illness or procedure, the results of tests and blood-work, etc. Their love for animals is evident and they put owners and their furry patients, at ease. Staff are always friendly and helpful! Never have to wait long to see the doctor when I have an appointment. They seem to genuinely care about your pet and are great at educating you on different options for treatments/vaccines etc. but don't push you. This past Sunday I had the pleasure of adding a new member to our family, Charlie our 10 week old Morkie. One of my main concerns was finding the absolute best animal clinic. We have chosen Wilson's Animal Hospital after many different suggestions. Today was our first experience with this clinic and it was very pleasant. We were greeted so warmly by Kim, Auntie Kim as she calls herself when speaking to Charlie. Dr. Derek Nichols was the one that looked after him today and he was amazing. My retriever turns 7 years old this month and Wilson's Vet Clinic has been my first choice since day 1. Through the years, Peyton has seen Dr Dave, Dr Paula and Dr Derek- all three have been wonderful with my pup. Their expertise and knowledge has proven very comforting: from tick management and protection, during regular checkups and especially during an emergency paw surgery last month. They are honest, professional and compassionate and I wouldn't think of taking my pup anywhere else. I really love their website and have referenced it numerous times for accurate info. My girl Regan just had surgery on a tongue tumour. Dr. Nichols saw her right away and performed the surgery two days later. PLEASE READ!! DR YOUNG IS A SADIST. I COULDN'T GIVE THIS RATING WITHOUT A STAR NOT FAIR IT DESERVES NOTHING! READ ON.. We brought our cat in because his tail dragged n was lethargic. Dr. Young did every test which cost me plenty. 3 weeks later went to another vet. She IMMEDIATELY felt his tail, he felt nothing. The doctor said he had broken his tail. Which in turn had to had to be amputated. Please don't give this SADIST any of ur business. My poor cat was in horrid pain. HE SHOULD NOT have been in! Go to Court Animal Hospital.. or any other hospital. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET... After operation he's back to himself! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Read Less

In 1969, I was 9 years old and my family got a cat named Beanie. Wilson's Animal Hospital was the only Vet we trusted with her. She lived 19 years. In my early 30's my daughters and I got 2 cats and continued to go to Wilson's Animal Hospital. Buster & Mitten lived 16 & 21 years. Now, we have 2 more cats which are 5 years old, Ocean and Ella. Wilson's Animal Hospital has generations of caring family doctors and staff (Kim is the best receptionist ever) that we have always trusted, and will continue to trust, with our family members. Our 13 year old dog had surgery yesterday and it went extremely well. He is doing so good and was a couple hours after we brought him home. Dr. Nichols and the staff at Wilsons Animal hospital are a fantastic team. We are so very thankful for all the time and care they give to the pets. You can so tell they love their job. They called us a couple times to update us and when we called back they were amazing as usual. We want to thank Dr. Nichols for the amazing job he did and his behind the scenes team.
