This vets incompetence killed my cat. I brought my beautiful little girl to this vet for months trying to figure out what was wrong with her, spending thousands of dollars. I brought her to them and asked specifically for them to check for FIP disease and this vet told me there’s no way she has it and that she had a spinal trauma causing neurological issues. After months of bringing her to them and attempting to treat it I brought her to a spinal specialist who said there’s no way it’s spinal then I brought her to a neurologist who diagnosed her 100% with having FIP. I wasted months with bringing her to this vet sending me home with random treatments for things not even wrong with her every visit when I could have been treating her for the disease I thought she had originally. Overall this vet not only cost me my cats life but a large sum of money wasted with their incompetence. PLEASE, if there’s something serious wrong with your animal go somewhere else do not use this vet. Also the receptionist here is just rude and nasty with almost every encounter I’ve had with her. Please please please do not go here. Read Less

The people here are cruel and inhumane!! My cat was 17 years old and dying but suffering with bowel issues and I wanted to end his suffering. I didn't see any point at his age to have surgery done. I called and asked if they would put him down for me. When I got there, they had me pay up front and charged me more because I wanted to be in the room with my cat to comfort him. I should have seen the red flag beginning with the "lady" at the front desk. She was incredibly cold and talked down to me. Downright rude!! After she took my money, she sent me in a room with my pet. I put him on the table and was petting him, talking to him, calming him, loving him. Then a vet (I assume) walked into the room. He was very tall. He started to wedge himself between me and my pet so I moved to the other side of the table and the "vet" did the same thing, wedged himself between me and my pet. I couldn't comfort my pet. Then another "vet", an old man, came in. Then the tall young vet grabbed my pet and pinned him. The old man then shoved something in my cat's anus. This whole time, my cat was screaming. I couldn't do a thing...they made sure to block me!! Then the old man vet started looking for vein and then injected something and my baby died instantly, fighting, screaming!! I was horrified!! Then the tall vet said "there". I started to speak and he said "don't say that, it was peaceful". I was severely traumatized by that and it still haunts me to this day. I won't get another pet because I do not want to have to use this vet in case of a weekend emergency when you don't have a choice which vet to use. PLEASE, do not take your beloved pets here. They have zero compassion!! Also, there are a lot of 5 star reviews by staff there... Read Less
