Chartwell Veterinary Clinic has been serving the Agincourt and surrounding community since 1974, providing medical, surgical and dental care in addition to wellness programs for dogs, cats and pocket pets. We strive to offer high quality veterinary care to our patients in a friendly and compassionate environment. Our goal is to be a partner in your pet's journey through a happy, healthy life!

I'm so glad I found this place! The vets are very nice and they don't try to up-sell like other clinics do. The other staff members in the clinic are just as nice as the vets and actually take the time to talk to you on the phone and help with the different options they have if you are worried about your four legged family member! Linda has been so kind and always provides the best service, she really shows that she cares about the animals!

They helped my cat with his watery red eye problem when another clinic (charged me a fortune) and said nothing can be done, so I'm very happy with their service, Thank you so much!!

I previously had an amazing review here but all was changed when I went to bring my dog yesterday to Dr. Athena Fung since my dog was vomiting and having diarrhea.
Dr. Fung did her bloodwork and said everything looked normal, however, when I came home the bloodwork showed one of the results on the LOW side. We took our dog to the ER the same night and it turned out the LOW on the bloodwork was due to having CRUCIALLY low blood platelets that she was bleeding internally.
I am so shocked why Dr. Fung had misinformed me and said everything was normal in her bloodwork, instead, she prescribed all these medications that weren't even necessary. We went back to speak to her at the clinic a week later and she hid in the back room, making Dr. Newbury speak to us on her behalf which made the situation worse as he had no clue what he was talking about and was defending her unprofessionalism and malpractice.
Being a loyal customer for 4 years, I will now never return to this clinic no matter how much I love their front desk staff (Linda).

I love everyone at Chartwell Vet. From front desk to the vets are amazingly welcoming and sweet. The Vets are all so gentle handed and friendly. I love to compliment Linda, she remembers my dog's name, and our furiends referrals! It is so nice to have someone so welcoming at the front desk. Very reasonable price, clean, and FRIENDLY. Before I made a decision to switch to Chartwell, Linda probably spent a good 30 mins on the phone with me answering all my questions, not once I felt pressured. I definitely recommend coming here.

I would highly recommend brining your vet here. My dog Peaches has had 2 surgeries here and both went super smoothly. Receptionists are extremely friendly as well. Your pet will be in very good hands ...

I was so lucky to find this clinic via a holistic website over 2 years ago. Dr.Benson's name came up and I decided to I give the clinic a call. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. My cat met almost every vet there is in the clinic after he got into a cat altercation and fight, which he may have lost, and he came home with a bruised eye and scratched cornea. I rushed my little guy to the vet as soon as I could and they were very accommodating to squeeze me in on top of their regular schedule.If you are looking for a holistic or natural path for your pet, Dr. Benson is the way to go.What would I do without you? Thank you for keeping my cat healthy!

I love the way the vets in this clinic prioritize my dog's needs and explain everything so patiently to me. There are 3 vets in the clinic, and I'm most familiar with Dr. Newbery and Dr. Benson as the...
I love the way the vets in this clinic prioritize my dog's needs and explain everything so patiently to me. There are 3 vets in the clinic, and I'm most familiar with Dr. Newbery and Dr. Benson as they have been there a long time. They always take time to make my dog feel comfortable and don't just get to work. The rest of the staff is like this too. When follow up is needed, they dedicate quite a bit of time on the phone explaining options. I have been at other clinics and never felt this well served.
