Here at the Guildcrest Cat Hospital we know that cats are as unique as people and that each cat is special in their own way. That’s why when you come to our clinic we schedule a 30 minute exam to get to know your cat and decide on the best course of action for him or her. Whether you are coming in for an annual exam and vaccines, a spay/neuter, information on preventive treatment or any other concerns, the friendly staff will be more than happy to answer your questions and schedule an appointment to see one of our doctors. Should you be concerned about your felines’ weight, we will create a personal daily food chart for your cat to follow and we offer free monthly weight checks to ensure that your cat is on the right track to reaching their ideal weight .
Apart from working to keep your cat healthy, the Guildcrest Cat Hospital also works on making your visit to our clinic as stress-free and pleasant as possible. In order to achieve this, Dr. Stewart, owner and practitioner, had this clinic custom made to be spacious, comfortable and most importantly dog-free. The quiet and open environment that we provide allows cats to relax and not feel trapped while they wait for the vet, and when they are being examined.

I've just moved in the area and was in need of a new vet. So far, I'm really happy with the service I've received from this clinic. The facility is clean and spacious, and everybody is very nice, polite and professional. One of the doctor speaks excellent French, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place, and will bring my two cats there from now on.

Dr. Hammond was fantastic!

Brought my cat in for boarding for 2 weeks. Great experience. Megan was super friendly, answered all my questions and accommodated all of Oliver's needs on a relatively short notice. Facility was clean, there were no odours, the atmosphere was calm and since its a cats only clinic, Oliver was not nervous at all. I didn't have to prepare anything, other than the fearsome beast in his carrier. Excellent pricing as well, felt like I got a great value for my money.

Amazing service....no where else will you find such specialized healthcare for cats, these guys basically know everything. They are so friendly and gentle with your cat, it makes a trip to the vet that much less stressful for them. They don’t push you to buy anything other than what your cat really needs. Both the doctors I’ve dealt with are extremely pleasant to work with. Without this team, my bestest friend in the whole world wouldn’t be here with me today, and for that I am forever grateful.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of one of the older vet assistants. It may just be the way I perceive it, I don’t know, but the vibe I kept getting made me feel as though she thought I was stupid. She would always look at me with a very unfriendly stare and while talking with her, she always looked at me as if she was judging me. Almost like she’s upset at you for your cat even being there due to your incompetence as a pet owner. But again, I could be wrong and it’s not a good enough reason to not bring your cat here. Even though she seemed to not like me, she was very nice and friendly with my cat and that’s really all that matters.

This place is the best. The staff here are super friendly (not at all pushy), knowledgeable, and very patient. Services are reasonably priced and they are willing to take the time needed to ensure that your cat get's the care it needs. I also think they love my cat more than I do so that helps :)

Adobe injured her paw early this morning (of course it always happens on a weekend). I called Guildcrest to see if I could bring her in. Even though they were fully booked, Shannon so very kindly squeezed us in and promptly got things taken care of when we arrived. (Apologies for the crazy diva behaviour.....but that's our Adobe!). Always grateful for the wonderful care we receive!

I have been taking my cats here for 10 years. I have never had any issues. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They call to check up after visits and really care. When my cat died they sent me a card with the entire staffs condolences. Every Christmas my cats get a little treat in the mail... which they love! So sad to be leaving :(

I am a very new cat owner (since February) and I brought Chester in and met with Dr. Thom. She was great helping out and helping me with becoming an owner. The hospital is beautiful and offers a very inviting environment from cats. Chester was so curious about everything in the place, but he especially loved all the attention! Great place for guidance, assistance and love for cats.

I've just moved in the area and was in need of a new vet. So far, I'm really happy with the service I've received from this clinic. The facility is clean and spacious, and everybody is very nice, polite and professional. One of the doctor speaks excellent French, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place, and will bring my two cats there from now on.

Brought my cat in for boarding for 2 weeks. Great experience. Megan was super friendly, answered all my questions and accommodated all of Oliver's needs on a relatively short notice. Facility was clean, there were no odours, the atmosphere was calm and since its a cats only clinic, Oliver was not nervous at all. I didn't have to prepare anything, other than the fearsome beast in his carrier. Excellent pricing as well, felt like I got a great value for my money.

Amazing service....no where else will you find such specialized healthcare for cats, these guys basically know everything. They are so friendly and gentle with your cat, it makes a trip to the vet that much less stressful for them. They don’t push you to buy anything other than what your cat really needs. Both the doctors I’ve dealt with are extremely pleasant to work with. Without this team, my bestest friend in the whole world wouldn’t be here with me today, and for that I am forever grateful.

This place is the best. The staff here are super friendly (not at all pushy), knowledgeable, and very patient. Services are reasonably priced and they are willing to take the time needed to ensure that your cat get's the care it needs. I also think they love my cat more than I do so that helps :)
