Have tried many vet clinics, Malvern Vet is the best. Dr Jason and other staff are so caring and friendly, and Jason is a very experienced doctor. I’ve brought many cats here, very reasonable price, never push you do anything unnecessary. The location is far away from where I live but I prefer Malvern than any other vet hospitals. Read Less

Dr Jason is really good. A lot of my friends bring their cats/dogs here. The clinic is very clean. All the staff here are friendly. Dr Jason is great with animals - very knowledgeable and great skills. Reasonable price. He would only recommend treatment that's necessary. Read Less

Ever since we moved to Scarborough, this was my Veterinary Hospital for many many years and the staffing + the Doctors are amazing. The staff here are beyond wonderful! When my little Yorkie Gucci had to be hospitalized, the team was very supportive making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Gucci had to undergo surgery - but Dr. Jason clearly laid out all the possible options and concerns. Dr. Jason, is the best! I have 2 boxers and I heard about dr Jason a couple years ago. At the time we had a chihuahua also which needed teeth removed I had been to several vets and quoted close to $3000 for 9 teeth and some other work, dr Jason removed more teeth and did more work for 1/3 of the price. I also got one boxer fixed there and on top of that I go for everything now. He will take the time to explain the issue, he doesn't push anything on you your pet truly doesn't need. Read Less

Dr. Jason and his staff are wonderful for our cats. He is very good with animals and they actually like him. As well, his prices are very reasonable for what you get. Our cat exams especially. The best clinic and staff! I'm a new client and have begun bringing my cats here. Started with a feral rescue Stella whom we spayed and did all of her shots (in proper sequence) and now I've rescued two more kittens from same feral mother as Stella's, and I'm working with the clinic on their care. The Dr is fantastic - he saw the first kitten (Amore Mia), diagnosed and treated her for worms & parasites. Now we will schedule and spay her. Now that I have the brother (whom I've named Lucca), we will treat and neuter him as well. Having feral rescues can be tough but the care and treatment and assistance they have provided has been invaluable and excellent. I respect their professionalism and kindness towards animals. Dr Jason Hsiao is such a caring and compassionate doctor. He performed a tumour removal surgery and spay on my 10 year old cat which was a success. He takes the time to address any concerns you have, and does a thorough job, you can tell he really loves animals. His staff are great too. Keep up the great work! Read Less

Dr. Jason is the best. He is not only an extremely good diagnostician, but caring, gentle and kind. It's obvious he really loves his patients. At the same time, he is sensitive to the caregiver's needs. I have had two elderly patients whose time had come. It was a heart-wrenching experience for me, only made bearable because of his and his staff's kindness, excellent advice and uncommon skill. I truly appreciate Dr. Jason's able guidance throughout the process. He took both my kitties' and my comfort and welfare into account. I am lucky enough to have him just a few minutes' from my home, but I would travel across the city to ensure that my Bongo continues to experience the high level of care he and his staff consistently offer. Dr. Jason is an amazing vet. We've been with him only a short while, but there isn't a vet in town as knowledgeable, caring, and affordable as him.
