They are money grabbers and scammers. They diagnosed my friend's cat with ringworms and prescribed her very expensive medicine. She realised the medicine was doing nothing for her cat's condition and went to another 5star vet. Turns out the cat has severe case of fleas. It was not ring worm, it was fleas! I hope you burn in hell. Now she has to spent alot of money on cleaning her house in case of a flea out break. Animal cruelty

I have 2 dogs, both the same breed and one of them is treated with love my the owner which is the doctor. And my other one I just go recently and she has to go get her shots. I love the doctors they are very nice and kind and they save my dogs lives. I know my recent dog will love that vet and get use to it and hopefully the doctor I always get to see for my dogs is the owner. He is the best. And also the desk lady is super nice too!

I love the doctors they are very nice and kind and they save my dogs lives. I know my recent dog will love that vet and get use to it and hopefully the doctor I always get to see for my dogs is the owner. He is the best. And also the desk lady is super nice too!

Okay. So this is what my friend's cat got after the treatment (please refer to the cat's bruised eye in the album) - the cat only broke his leg and was there for a fxxxxx simple treatment! The cat was only 4 months old and struggled a bit during the treatment and this is what those doctors did to "CALM" him down!! By pressing into the cat's eyes with their fingers, good on u SILVER STAR! After my friend found out the cat's eyes were a little weird the hospital said to my friend:" If u promise not to put this in public and sign up a "Not Responsible Clause", we ll waive the treatment fee." My friend refused to sign on it so they ended up charging him over $500 as the examination fee!!! What r u? A bunch of killers and robbers??

Terrible vet don't even know if he's licensed and where he got his training most likely China. Dirty place, not compassionate with animals and his assistant/receptionist is his elderly mother that doesn't speak English...wtf it's a joke. My dog got spayed there and obviously had an infection, brought her back and he charged money to give her antibiotics when that should have came home with her after the procedure. Don't ever take your animals there, it's a clinic suitable for non English speaking and cheap people.

I am going to bring my dogs back to Silver Star Animal Hospital in the coming days for checkups. Having just read all the reviews about the clinic I'll look to confirm or refute the overly negative comments. I didn't recall it to be dirty one bit but certainly not lavish. I have to say I like him as a vet, his pricing to be fair and his spoken english to be acceptable and his comprehension of the situations to be right on.
I agree with the dreamy woman from Etobicoke, it's worth traveling to that end of the city to visit this veterinarian.

I have been coming here for years, with both my dogs. We live in Etobicoke and still mission to his clinic because he's the most honest and affordable vet. He won't rip you off at all and you can trust his work. I've been to nearly a dozen different vets and he is certainly the most honest of them all... Definitely recommend. Have no idea what the other comments are about/ they sound fake to me because his space is spotless and fairly new and he's such a decent veterinarian

This place is very very dirty, it shouldn't be called hospital, the doctor only cares about your money, not your pets. Every time I brought my dog in, he recommended to go through all kinds of unnecessary expensive tests. When it really comes to some issues about my dog's health, he had no ideas what should be done. He didn't discuss with me at all when my dog's body weight dropped over 20% in six months. I now found another vet who is so much better, who really cares about your pets, yet less expensive. Actually if I would have brought my dog to the new vet earlier, my dog could be in much better shape. If you want your dog to live longer, do not go to this hospital.

Overly priced and not very caring or helpful. When I changed vets and asked the owner to transfer all of my dog's records to the new vet, he was very upset and kept asking why I am changing vets. There are better vets in Toronto. I changed vets because the doctor did not seem to know much about his profession and had little care about my pet's well-being and health.

They are money grabbers and scammers. They diagnosed my friend's cat with ringworms and prescribed her very expensive medicine. Terrible vet don't even know if he's licensed and where he got his training most likely China. Having just read all the reviews about the clinic I'll look to confirm or refute the overly negative comments. I didn't recall it to be dirty one bit but certainly not lavish. Every time I brought my dog in, he recommended to go through all kinds of unnecessary expensive tests. When it really comes to some issues about my dog's health, he had no ideas what should be done.
