This clinic is the most outstanding facility I have ever brought my dogs to.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted. They take the time to explain all of the pricing, and ensure your animals are as comfortable as possible during their stay with them; which is something I appreciate immensley, as my dogs tend to be a little nervous when they arrive.
I have seen some negative reviews for this facility - which is understandable, as you can't please every client - but rest assure this clinic is amazing and you will not regret bringing your animals here!

Amazing vet, we go to see Dr. Craig Etherington, he listens and genuinely cares about each and every pet that is brought in. Craig is down to earth, very easy to talk to and friendly as could be. The office staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable also, we've always had a pleasent time, even when one of our cat's needed a major operation they made us and our cat comfortable and performed amazing work and she is healthy as could be to this day. Thank you guys!

This is an amazing clinic to take your animals. They’re thorough, always explain their prices before doing anything, and offer you the best care for your animal without only having money or upselling in mind. I’ve read a couple negative reviews that were left, just like in any business you’re not going to be able to please everyone, especially when people think they know better than the doctors - but please don’t let those people ruin your image of this clinic. The only place I’ll take my dogs is here!

Don't let the very few bad reviews hinder your opinion of this clinic, they're fantastic!! Everyone is really friendly and patient, every step of every process is clearly explained, prices are clearly stated, and it's very easy to see how much everyone cares about animals.
Just remember, not everyone is easy to please and there will always be disatisfied people, but listen to the majority: this clinic rocks!!

My first appointment with this clinic for my 5 year old dog. He was due for his annual vaccination plus he started having seizures a week earlier. The staff has been completely efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. Everything has been explained fully to me, including the fees I would be billed for all his care. The clinic was clean, well laid out and a tv in one section. The only negative which is common to almost every clinic I've ever been in is that there's no hitching post. Hard to rummage through a purse or pockets while holding on to a dog. There should be a hook on the wall to attach the leash to. Appointment times so far have been completely convenient.

Do not bring your animals here for a check up unless you want to mortgage your house. The staff is nice, agreed, however, I have a small dog that has a collapsed trachea and an enlarge heart. I have been bounced around to three different clinics and they all say different things. I did a follow up today as I was given a recommendation and all of a sudden that recommendation was in correct. I will never bring my animals to this clinic again and I am filing a complaint against this doctor and clinic. People be aware.........

Was quoted $61 for a cat checkup. During visit was told a quote would be provided prior to any procedures. That was good. The billing was in the $80 's for the exam not $60. She said the prices were c...
Was quoted $61 for a cat checkup. During visit was told a quote would be provided prior to any procedures. That was good. The billing was in the $80 's for the exam not $60. She said the prices were changed as of today. There was a $57 charge for a return visit. Turns out they advance bill then refund you the next visit. There was a $50 fee to shave some hair and swab a small infection. I felt that should have been part of the $60 experience and said no. An antibiotic was agreed on and the vet was going to take my cat with her to another room to administer the shot which I'd never seen in all the years of vet visits. I declined that and requested her to bring the shot and administer it with me present which she did. Left a little unsettled. Realized later the vet didn't check for fleas...somewhat a basic thing that should be done...anyway the staff and vet were all pleasant.

I have been taking my little guy to the team at Morningside Pet Hospital since the day he joined our family. The entire staff have been a pleasure to interact with. I have never seen a dog so excited to actually go into a veterinary office before, it literally takes most of my strength to hold Bentley from pulling me flat on my face. I can tell by my little guys demeanor that he truly feels comfortable visiting the vet's. I know the entire staff treats all patients as if they were their own.
I feel truly relieved that my little guy is in good hands with the staff at Morningside Pet Hospital.
On a side note, I always Google Morningside Pet Hospital in order to get the phone number to call, and recently I noticed a "not so positive" review and was quite shocked. Please don't let the opinion of a few dissuade you from the wonderful people here. This is truly a "one of a kind" establishment and you wont regret taking your companions here.

We had originally went here due to convenience and reasonable pricing. However just after the first visit, we knew that we loved these guys. Every time we have gone, they have always been sincerely nice, understanding and informative. When one of our cats suddenly passed at the of last year (miss you Chyna), they stayed open past closing to allow us to grieve and go through the process. The following weeks after surprised us as we received letters of concern from our Vet. (don't remember any vets doing that when I was a kid) Definitely changed my view on vets for sure. Dr. Craig is always providing the best and realistic diagnosis and you never feel like they are just trying to make you pay for something you don't need. Thanks guys for taking care of our "kids".

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted. They take the time to explain all of the pricing, and ensure your animals are as comfortable as possible during their stay with them; which is something I appreciate immensley, as my dogs tend to be a little nervous when they arrive.

I have been taking my little guy to the team at Morningside Pet Hospital since the day he joined our family. The entire staff have been a pleasure to interact with. I have never seen a dog so excited to actually go into a veterinary office before, it literally takes most of my strength to hold Bentley from pulling me flat on my face. I can tell by my little guys demeanor that he truly feels comfortable visiting the vet's. I know the entire staff treats all patients as if they were their own.
I feel truly relieved that my little guy is in good hands with the staff at Morningside Pet Hospital.
On a side note, I always Google Morningside Pet Hospital in order to get the phone number to call, and recently I noticed a "not so positive" review and was quite shocked. Please don't let the opinion of a few dissuade you from the wonderful people here. This is truly a "one of a kind" establishment and you wont regret taking your companions here.

We had originally went here due to convenience and reasonable pricing. However just after the first visit, we knew that we loved these guys. Every time we have gone, they have always been sincerely nice, understanding and informative. When one of our cats suddenly passed at the of last year (miss you Chyna), they stayed open past closing to allow us to grieve and go through the process. The following weeks after surprised us as we received letters of concern from our Vet. (don't remember any vets doing that when I was a kid) Definitely changed my view on vets for sure. Dr. Craig is always providing the best and realistic diagnosis and you never feel like they are just trying to make you pay for something you don't need. Thanks guys for taking care of our "kids".
