These people should be candidates for the Order of Canada. My old cat got a UTI while traveling with me on the Rideau Canal. In spite of being fully booked, they took her in, gave her a thorough examination, and antibiotics. Saved her life. Dr. Decaire and Kelly are the most kind and compassionate professionals you'll ever encounter.

Dr. T. Decaire is a vet that truly cares for your animals! Not only does she take excellent care of our 3 dogs and too many cats to mention, she also provides services for a local rescue I support. To the complaints about her not helping your animals when you call for an emergency visit, you must realize that you are not the only emergency that she may have on that day. She always tries her best to fit people into her schedule but at some point she knows she cannot provide the care needed so sends you to find a vet that has the time on that day. People should not condemn her for wanting the proper care for their animal.

Dr. Tracy D. Decaire and Kelly are great!! Always a positive experience. They are genuinely concerned about our pets, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair. Definitely worth the drive. The location of the facility is very convenient for Gananoque, Lansdowne, and Kingston clients in addition to the broader rural communities.

If I could give a lower score I would, I just called for a quote for first set of vaccines as I'm looking for a new vet for a new pet ( we recently moved to the area) the lady I spoke to on the phone ...
If I could give a lower score I would, I just called for a quote for first set of vaccines as I'm looking for a new vet for a new pet ( we recently moved to the area) the lady I spoke to on the phone never answered my question and was quite rude the entire conversation, laughing at me for asking. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Il be sticking to my regular vet and driving the additional hour to see them.

These people should be candidates for the Order of Canada. My old cat got a UTI while traveling with me on the Rideau Canal. In spite of being fully booked, they took her in, gave her a thorough examination, and antibiotics. Saved her life. Dr. Decaire and Kelly are the most kind and compassionate professionals you'll ever encounter.
