High County Veterinary Services At this time Dufferin Veterinary Services was established to provide veterinary care for the large animal clients, while Dufferin Veterinary Hospital for Pets was to provide for the distinct needs of companion animals. Recognizing the need for high quality after hours care, Drs. Wilson and Pugh were instrumental in establishing the Emergency Clinic of Highway 10, where clients of member clinics receive full service medical assistance during out-of-hours emergency situations.
