I wrote an extensive review which is now missing from their Facebook page! I took my 4 pets for a wellness check for which I paid $110 EACH for them. My cat Sophia had a cut on her neck and I asked the Vet to look at. I asked if it might need stitches and she said "No. Just keep an eye on it." The next day I took Sophia for a grooming and they said they couldn't groom her because of the cut! I told them what the Glenridge Vet said and they said they thought she did need stitches! They recommended Dr. Boctor at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital. I went straight there and sure enough he said she definitely needed stitches. Even though he was fully booked, he stayed late to work on Sophia and did her surgery the same day. His prices are much more reasonable as well. When I phoned the Glenridge Vet about it, her attitude was pathetic and uncaring. Thank heavens I found a great vet despite the poor care at Glenridge. The money I spent at Glenridge was absolutely wasted. Stay away! Read Less

We are so pleased to have found Dr. Ness and the staff at Glenridge Animal Hospital. Dr. Ness is by far the best veterinarian we have ever had for our dogs - that is across a 30+ year time span and three cities. She is thorough, knowledgeable and is an amazing surgeon. Our dog with diabetes has received exceptional care - Dr. Ness is current in her knowledge and explains the dynamics of his endocrine system in terms we can understand and deal with. Dr. Ness consults specialists when needed such as when one of our dogs digestive system seemed to shut down, she sought expertise from other specialist veterinarians. Finally, she operated on our dog and did an amazing job of the surgery and post-surgical care - Glenridge is very careful about pain management with my dogs. We trust Glenridge Animal Hospital completely to provide excellent, up-to-date care for our pets and information for us. Dr. Ness is truly exceptional. Read Less
