We had to find a new vet that had the ability to come to our house and we are so happy this place would because our dog was not able to walk from an injury. Our dog ended up having to have a major surgery to fix both of her back legs. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing all of the staff are at this facility! Our dog received the best care I could ask for. This could not have been easy for the staff as my dog is not a fan of the vets. That has all changed now, my dog loves the staff and is very at ease when we take her their now. The staff had no problem answering all of my questions to put our minds at ease! (trust we had a lot of questions and called frequently lol) it shows that they truly enjoy the jobs and have a passion for what they do. I will be recomending this vet to all of my friends with pets! We are very disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Vet. We brought our dog into the vet initially because she had something in her paw. We were given antiseptic wipes and sent home, which is what was recommended at the time. The foot got worse, we returned a week later with concern and was told that the dog would require minor surgery to remove the object or growth. We were then billed a "follow up fee". We have had several vets in the past from relocating and have never been charged for a follow up visit when it's for the same issue. We called the vet to express our disappointment with the additional charge and were told "our rates are non-negotiable" and hung up on. We are shocked and appalled. Read Less
