Our cats came through surgery very well and the office kept us informed and we were allowed to have an early personal visit. Receptionists are friendly and helpful even emailing me article for additional information.

I brought my two seal point Siamese boys in to get neutered. They also received their first shots. The cost was reasonable and Dr. Virdi did a great job! My boys are showing no side effects of the surgery. Other than a reduction in size, I can’t even tell they had the procedure done. I will definitely use them in the future.

You kept screaming at me in person and on the phone I was surprised because I have givin you my business for two years well no more. I’ll never go back to your place again. I found another vet. You get angry because I always ask questions well you never tell me anything in the first place you just examine the dog quietly and don’t say a word. When I go to other vets they communicate with me. No wonder your place is always empty you scream at everyone. I’m done. You also insulted me in front of my face. I felt scared and intimidated. Anyone that goes here good luck I sure wouldn’t want a vet that gets angry because a concerned pet owner asks questions about their pet as this short tempered person blows up and starts attacking them. We pay money for an examination and aren’t allowed to ask questions? No wonder he always has a new secretary every month hmmm I wonder why? He must abuse them too.

The people that clearly took over this clinic from the previous owner are absolutely horrible!! They are extremely unethical excuses for doctors.
I personally observed one of the vets taking a *personal* phone call, while he was supposed to be focusing on performing a spay surgery on someone's dog. Completely unacceptable and he clearly has absolutely no respect or regard for owner's feelings to do such a thing.
As pet owners, we are entrusting these vets with their lives when we leave them there, and I got the impression he does that all the time with the owners being unaware.
Please heed my warning and beware of this place, he also had no concern for a woman that was very upset and had left a message that her three cats were very sick and constantly vomiting. He should not be allowed to continue to practice, I worry for anyone that takes their pets here.

I have been taking my beloved Maltese to Barton Grays Animal Hospital for over a year now, and I have so much praise for the work that Dr Verma and Dr Virdi do. They and their nice receptionists are very professional, polite, and take the time to explain procedures and treatments that they have given to Sasha. My income as a retired senior is less than $1500 each month, and half of that goes to my rent, so I am constantly budgeting. Sasha has developed anal gland problems which require frequent visits to the hospital, and the doctors have been more than accommodating with the charges, considering my circumstances. Thank you Drs Verma and Virdi for your understanding, your gentleness with Sasha, and your honest conversations with me regarding her health. I always recommend you to people that I meet who are looking for good, professional care for their pets!

I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with Verma. He did NOT listen to what I was saying about my pet and had to several times repeat myself to him.. I have heard that prostate exams are uncomfortable but he made my guy yelp in distress. He was more concerned with getting paid then he was with helping my dog. Since the xray he ordered was over $200.00, I asked for a copy of it (since I paid for it) He didn't like the fact that I requested his signature on the copy and to date it, etc. He wanted to prescribe antibiotics for my dog without even knowing what was wrong. I refused and stated that I wanted to wait for a diagnosis. As it turns out, there was nothing wrong on the xray. As I was waiting (outside) for him to finally sign and date the xray, I met up with a man that says he doesn't like Verma and he sees the other Dr there for his pet. Even other people that I have talked to with regards to Verma do not like him. I was forward with him and stated my opinions on what I wanted and didn't want for my pet. I tried to make an appointment with the other vet to finish my pets tests. Instead, Verma informs me that he does not wish to have my pet go there anymore. I feel that he is a horrid person and vet and if he doesn't like pet owners advocating for their animals, he should seek another profession. Unfortunately, I can not post this review without giving a minimum of one star rating, that is too high in my opinion.

As good as gets. A friendly informative and reasonable vet in Stoney Creek. I have brought in 3 cats. My old cat was beyond hope. The doctor told me she was not in any pain (so euthanizing not required) but she did not have long to go. She died peacefully the following week. I have brought in another cat for dental issues and one for allergies. Both were treated successfully and at a reasonable cost. These Doctors do not over prescribe or over treat as some vets do to increase costs. Doctors and assistant were knowledgeable, senstive and informative. I have recommended Barton Grays to two of my neighbours and they are also very satisfied.

The people that clearly took over this clinic from the previous owner are absolutely horrible!! They are extremely unethical excuses for doctors.
I personally observed one of the vets taking a *personal* phone call, while he was supposed to be focusing on performing a spay surgery on someone's dog. Completely unacceptable and he clearly has absolutely no respect or regard for owner's feelings to do such a thing.
As pet owners, we are entrusting these vets with their lives when we leave them there, and I got the impression he does that all the time with the owners being unaware.
Please heed my warning and beware of this place, he also had no concern for a woman that was very upset and had left a message that her three cats were very sick and constantly vomiting. He should not be allowed to continue to practice, I worry for anyone that takes their pets here.

I have been taking my beloved Maltese to Barton Grays Animal Hospital for over a year now, and I have so much praise for the work that Dr Verma and Dr Virdi do. They and their nice receptionists are very professional, polite, and take the time to explain procedures and treatments that they have given to Sasha. My income as a retired senior is less than $1500 each month, and half of that goes to my rent, so I am constantly budgeting. Sasha has developed anal gland problems which require frequent visits to the hospital, and the doctors have been more than accommodating with the charges, considering my circumstances. Thank you Drs Verma and Virdi for your understanding, your gentleness with Sasha, and your honest conversations with me regarding her health. I always recommend you to people that I meet who are looking for good, professional care for their pets!

We love this vet! They are very easy to work with, have very good prices and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We started going here based on a recommendation by a lady I work with and couldn't be happier.Dr. Verma is very kind and honest and go above and beyond to help you and your pet. The care and compassion these people have for their patients, and their owners is unparalleled in my opinion. I trust them completely and would recommend them to everyone.

I had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with Verma. He did NOT listen to what I was saying about my pet and had to several times repeat myself to him.. I have heard that prostate exams are uncomfortable but he made my guy yelp in distress. He was more concerned with getting paid then he was with helping my dog. Since the xray he ordered was over $200.00, I asked for a copy of it (since I paid for it) He didn't like the fact that I requested his signature on the copy and to date it, etc. He wanted to prescribe antibiotics for my dog without even knowing what was wrong. I refused and stated that I wanted to wait for a diagnosis. As it turns out, there was nothing wrong on the xray. As I was waiting (outside) for him to finally sign and date the xray, I met up with a man that says he doesn't like Verma and he sees the other Dr there for his pet. Even other people that I have talked to with regards to Verma do not like him. I was forward with him and stated my opinions on what I wanted and didn't want for my pet. I tried to make an appointment with the other vet to finish my pets tests. Instead, Verma informs me that he does not wish to have my pet go there anymore. I feel that he is a horrid person and vet and if he doesn't like pet owners advocating for their animals, he should seek another profession. Unfortunately, I can not post this review without giving a minimum of one star rating, that is too high in my opinion.

As good as gets. A friendly informative and reasonable vet in Stoney Creek. I have brought in 3 cats. My old cat was beyond hope. The doctor told me she was not in any pain (so euthanizing not required) but she did not have long to go. She died peacefully the following week. I have brought in another cat for dental issues and one for allergies. Both were treated successfully and at a reasonable cost. These Doctors do not over prescribe or over treat as some vets do to increase costs. Doctors and assistant were knowledgeable, senstive and informative. I have recommended Barton Grays to two of my neighbours and they are also very satisfied.
