Felt completely scammed. Paid $270 for 1 single x ray of my pregnant dog and a two second exam where he only checked her heart beat and teeth. He didn’t even really look at her stomach. The main reason we went was to see how many puppies she is having and get tips & advice. We were told he couldn’t make out how many there were (ok fine) and to come back and pay AGAIN next week!? He gave us no advice and I left feeling ripped off and like I just wasted my time and money. I will never go back. He could’ve at least let us come back next week and take a new x ray for free, but nope. He doesn’t care about the animals he’s clearly in it for the money. I’m sure There are plenty of other vets who charge a fraction of what he does and I’m sure will do a better job at helping animal owners.

Sunday morning, and I was very worried about my sick cat. The Dewitt Park Animal Hospital made time for me, and Dr Saini (and staff) were kind and attentive.
Doctor examined Smudgie and assured me he wasn't in immediate danger. Got some tummy meds. Kitty recovered quickly and is back to being a cute nuisance.
Was pleasantly surprised the visit cost less than my regular vet!!

I did not even know that Dewitt Park Animal Hospital existed. I needed a place to put my dog down today, on a Sunday. There was a clinic all the way in west Hamilton that had several bad reviews. I read all of the glowing reviews on Dewitt Park, noticed they were open on a Sunday so I called them up. All reviews are spot on, Dr Saini and his staff were very kind and caring. Thanks

This is the best and most friendly Vet and staff in the city. The Vet is very nice and calm around the animals never ever rough or even firm, just very gentle and calm. Plus as a bonus you cannot beat his pricing anywhere. I actually had to ask if this bill was correct. They suggested a wonderful dog food for our pups and it wasn't expensive, and has been great for them. Thanks

Amazing vet and staff. I take both my cats Twiggy & Smeagol here. I have a hard time trusting most vets due to past experiences but I know my fur babies are in great hands here. Vet is extremely knowledgeable and won't try and get money out of you, he cares more about helping your animal. I could go on and on forever about how much I love this place!

Always take our cats there. Friendly staff, prices and fees explained very well. Amazing follow-up service. Good prices as well, we drive here from downtown Hamilton.

I brought my cat to them thinking she had fleas. I had move around Stoney Creek and St. Catharines quite a bit and my poor cat was always itchy even though she was mostly an indoor cat. No vet had even tried to see if she had fleas. When I came to this vet I told them my cat was itchy and the other vet was giving me flea medication but he told me we should check first. Turns out it was an allergy. It took 8 years until I found a vet who even bothered to check and make sure of the problem. I take my puppy to him now and he is so patient, gives us all the information, as well as time to decide on the best options for us. I will never get another vet.

Felt completely scammed. Paid $270 for 1 single x ray of my pregnant dog and a two second exam where he only checked her heart beat and teeth. He didn’t even really look at her stomach. Sunday morning, and I was very worried about my sick cat. The Dewitt Park Animal Hospital made time for me, and Dr Saini (and staff) were kind and attentive.
