When he became ill she did everything she could for him and on his final day everyone was so caring and compassionate. We like this clinic so much we brought our new dog there today. Excellent service for exotic pets ! We brought my girlfriends 8 year old ferret here in an emergency, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding, and through their professional care we were given an extra 3 days to say goodbye and be with Shiraz while she passed. We even received a heart warming card from Ivy Veterinary Service a few days later. We will definately return with our bearded dragon and gecko if we have any future problems.

It is very hard to find a vet who has knowledge of rabbits and their dentistry procedures. I completely recommend Ivy if you have a rabbit (or any animal!) in the Barrie and surrounding area.

Our boy became very sick and it was time to say good bye. We knew they would care for him as if he was their own, He loved it there and the staff. We will be taking all of our pets there from now on. If you have to go though the difficult time saying good bye to a loved one it's nice to know the people there genuinely care about your pet too. RIP Mr Favre. You will forever live in our hearts.

Dr. Cathy is absolutely the best vet we have ever had! My husband and I have a 15 year old African Grey parrot and we are very particular about everything that has to do with him, he is like our child. We have been taking him to see Dr. Cathy since 2011. You can tell she loves animals, she treats them like people, she is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have a pet, I highly recommend IVY Vet, Dr. Cathy Emms and her kind staff!

Her staff is very friendly and greet you with a smile.
She treated a boxer of mine that suddenly got ill seizures, on the outside he appeared to be fine and was in good shape for his age. Together we both worked hard to save him, but in the end it was his time. She sent me a sympathy card which ovehelmed me .not many vets care like she does,

My husband and I have a 15 year old African Grey parrot and we are very particular about everything that has to do with him, he is like our child. We have been taking him to see Dr. Cathy since 2011. You can tell she loves animals, she treats them like people, she is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you have a pet, I highly recommend IVY Vet, Dr. Cathy Emms and her kind staff!
