We came here on recommendation from a friend, and are really happy after our first visit. Dr Young and the staff are really great, both with the pets and the owners. Our two cats can be quite feisty in new settings and around new people, but the doctor was very gentle and took such good care of them. Highly recommend this clinic!

Witnessed a man drag his poor dog from outside the hot pavement and into this establishment . I was so disturbed that I went in and confronted him. The receptionist ignored after witnessing the incident. I told her I'd be back to get his name so I can report him for animal cruelty . Went back 30 min , later and the vet assured me that they were good owners. I guess the money is more important then reporting animal cruelty . They should be ashamed of themselves !!!!!!

All the staff was very helpful, kind, patient and understanding when I needed an appointment asap for two kittens i was fostering that were about 4 weeks old and had profuse diarrhea. The kittens were quickly becoming dehydrated at home, due to the diarrhea, despite my best efforts to keep them well. Luckily, the clinic fit me in for an appointment that morning and were very understanding when I had questions about cost/prices. I very much appreciate their professionalism and compassion.

I brought my rabbit in here to get an abcess checked out & cleaned, and also to get antibiotics. Unfortunately I had to work and my room mate brought her in. The male vet handled her roughly, and touched her open wound with no gloves & without washing his hands. They did not clean the wound AT ALL, when I returned she had dried pus all over her face. We were told she needed bloodwork, X-rays, etc at a different clinic and it was never mentioned that she needed to have the abscess drained and cleaned at a different clinic. If this was the case they should have let me know on the phone, as I now have to go to another clinic, and this is days of running around while my rabbit is in obvious severe pain. The service I received on the phone from the receptionist was also deplorable. Please don't bring your pets here. This clinic is absolutely useless.

When our 12 year old golden retriever suddenly became ill one morning we did not hesitate to take Spike to see our vet at Boardwalk Animal Hospital. Unbeknownst to us our dog had a cancerous tumor that had ruptured and we would not be bringing him home with us that day. Dr. Young and his team of techs were so amazing and compassionate as we worked through the process of letting go of our beloved dog and freeing him of his suffering. Obviously I can't say I loved the experience but I do not hesitate to give Boardwalk 5 stars for the professional care they provide pets and owners.

We came here on recommendation from a friend, and are really happy after our first visit. Dr Young and the staff are really great, both with the pets and the owners. Our two cats can be quite feisty in new settings and around new people, but the doctor was very gentle and took such good care of them. Highly recommend this clinic!

Witnessed a man drag his poor dog from outside the hot pavement and into this establishment . I was so disturbed that I went in and confronted him. The receptionist ignored after witnessing the incident. I told her I'd be back to get his name so I can report him for animal cruelty . Went back 30 min , later and the vet assured me that they were good owners. I guess the money is more important then reporting animal cruelty . They should be ashamed of themselves !!!!!!

All the staff was very helpful, kind, patient and understanding when I needed an appointment asap for two kittens i was fostering that were about 4 weeks old and had profuse diarrhea. I brought my rabbit in here to get an abcess checked out & cleaned, and also to get antibiotics. Unfortunately I had to work and my room mate brought her in. The male vet handled her roughly, and touched her open wound with no gloves & without washing his hands. They did not clean the wound AT ALL, when I returned she had dried pus all over her face.
