The staff at Queen and Dufferin Animal Hospital are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
When my Dog had bit his backside to the point of blistering due to itchiness (skin condition) the clinic was amazing in finding the earliest appointment time and keeping me calm enough to get through the appointment. Dr. Thind went through all the steps in helping my dog, and explained the medications uses, dosage, and potential side effects.
Not only did they keep me calm and assured that my buddy will be okay- they were professional, knowledgeable and ready to do whatever they could to help. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone I know.

Amazing and caring service. Will see your pets asap if anything serious is happening. Very upfront with their costs. Can't recommend them enough!

I have had different vets in my life and Dr. Thinde and her staff are eons better than anyone else I've seen. They all legitimately care about the animals, are upfront about cost and work with your budget and don't push things that aren't needed. I have been seeing them regularly for 4 years and have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Vet clinic. Dr. Thind is wonderful with the animals, takes time to explain what’s happening and is always smiling, which makes a big difference in how our pet reacts to her. The staff are great, very knowledgeable and seem to love caring for the animals. I always feel like our dog is in good hands, and they stock a good range of foods and supplies for pets. Pricing is very fair also. You can definitely bring your pet here and know you’ll get the right care.

I thought I wrote a review and came back to update it but it seems I didn't for this place. So since no initial review, this is for two different visits.
First visit was last year for regular shots....
I thought I wrote a review and came back to update it but it seems I didn't for this place. So since no initial review, this is for two different visits.
First visit was last year for regular shots. I decided to try out this place after I got fed up with my other vet (king west). Thought the 10% off first time client was nice incentive but that was not even required since the service was phenomenal. Everyone was supportive and kind!
The facility is very clean and no huge waiting periods (last vet you'd wait 30-45 min for your appointment time... then get 3 min of service).
The prices was VERY fair (even before the 10% first time discount). Best in the area for prices too (I remembering calling a few places).
The Vet is very calm and knows her stuff. She doesn't try to over sell stuff like other places. You only need what your pet needs. That's the kind of service that leaves a good memory!

My dog had a hot spot and I called to see if they can shave around it so I can treat it (I knew it was a hotspot as he had it a few years back, so I didn't need a consult to tell me that). They said I could come in after work and when I asked how much, they said don't worry about it since I was a past customer. I was wow'ed.
The shave went well and the vet even gave me a home remedy to help sooth my dogs neck. She said if what I was doing wasn't making it better to come in (and I agree if not clearing up in a few days I will come in).
So a second visit and the service was consistent; SUPER! The vet treated me and my dog like we were clients and not a cash atm.
I wish I found this place sooner! without a doubt this is the best vet I have ever been to in the many cities I've lived! Top notch care and service! See you guys in 6 weeks for yearly checkup!

Very caring and compassionate towards the animals. Best vet in Toronto. Been going for a few years now and I can honestly say every experience has been great. Affordable prices and assurance of knowing that Dr. Thind cares more about the well-being of your pet vs just making money. My sister even moved to the beaches and refuses to go any where else that may be closer to her. She doesn't mind the commute to come to this one simply because of how amazing the staff is.

Dr. Thind is a kind and compassionate vet who offers fair prices, and is always willing to answer questions. I had taken my cat to two other vets in the city with the same recurring problem, and he was misdiagnosed. Dr. Thind was able to find a diagnosis (and a serious one! Pancreatitis rather than allergies as the other vets suggested), and work with me on a treatment plan for my little guy.
Even if we move away from the neighbourhood, I will endure traveling with a cat to keep bringing my guy to Dr. Thind.

When my Dog had bit his backside to the point of blistering due to itchiness (skin condition) the clinic was amazing in finding the earliest appointment time and keeping me calm enough to get through the appointment. Dr. Thind went through all the steps in helping my dog, and explained the medications uses, dosage, and potential side effects.

Best vet we have ever used! We have two cats and a dog and have been using this vet for about 2 years. Service has always been excellent and pricing fair. They always are able to accomodate late minute appointments. We have since moved but I still travel clear across the city to use them. Simply the best.

Great location with even better prices. Needed a quick appointment for my Fur Baby and was in there the same day. Fees are VERY reasonable. Thank you for helping my Baxter!
