If I can give this vet a 0, I would. I first took my pomeranian here and for his booster shots and they were okay. But when I brought my chocolate lab in because he had major health issues -- crusted ears and was skin and bones due to his immune system -- the vet, Dr. Priyanka Mensinkai made it seem as though we were mistreating our own dog. We told them multiple times that his stomach was extremely sensitive to food and they insisted and gave him AD, kibble & treats WITHOUT our consent. When we got home, he had diarrhea for days. We were traumatized after that happened since he'd just started having consistent good stool rather than straight on diarrhea for weeks like beforehand. Mind you, we fed him the best kibble (Orijen) and added supplements to his food to help boost his immune system. He was 13 pounds at 4 months while being 26.5lbs a month prior. At this point, we were in need of a vet that was highly experienced and informative because we felt as if he is near death. Their service did not help our stress.Instead of helping us, they took it as a good way to prey money out of us. We did multiple tests that came out negative, while the newly graduated vet didn't have a single clue as to what was wrong & kept insisting it was parasites and kept dosing him with Strongidt -- which only covers some of the parasites. The other staff would give our dog dirty looks and would whisper amongst themselves. Grazyna, a vet tech, was extremely discouraging and made us feel terrible. She along with the other staff practically pointed fingers at us and without saying it straight-out, thought we were just starving our dog. After switching vets and switching his food to raw, he has flourished and he's such a healthy dog. Without judgement, the vet we currently go to noticed almost instantly that it could have been Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) and took instant action. Rather than Dr. Mensinkai, that seemed like she had zero experience in the field. If we stayed with this awful vet, we would have probably gone through so much more loss than just money wise.I'll never take my dogs here again, they're not trust worthy. Read Less
