Our visit to Pyne Hills Veterinary Hospital was first time ever. Dr. Naeem Bajwa met us and examined our dog Lola very cautiously, and recommended the necessary treatment. Dr. Naeem Bajwa performed successfully dental surgery on our dog. After the surgery was over, we came home, and our dog felt good, thanks to very caring experience in the clinic. Dr. Bajwa called the next day to inquire about our dog's condition. The recovery went quickly. I can say that only such a caring, sensitive and highly professional approach of Dr. Naeem Bajwa helped our dog go through difficult surgery and fast recovery.
I recommend to anyone this doctor who is looking for a professional veterinarian.

First thing I have to say is Pyne hills is not your average vet. My vet didn't have the capacity to handle my dogs emergency. We went to the local emergency clinic and the costs was well beyond what we could afford. They said our only option was to put her down. We stumbled on Pyne Hills to try to get some pain relief as we were contemplating the worst and not accepting to let her go. When we took our dog to them. Dr Abbasi was very confident he could help us and save our dog's life. He gave us hope and did everything he could. Well I know he isn't God but he did save our dog's life without ruining us financially. When u need a vet that cares. Look no further. Pyne hills is now ours for life.

I can not thank Dr Naeem Bajwa and staff enough for the wonderful care and help they gave my dog. My dog had a serious emergency and they were able to not only help save him but bring comfort and reassurance to the family. They were so wonderful not only to my dog, but to me as well. They were compassionate, caring and showed a true care for their work and the animals they support. I will definitely be bringing him back there and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Abbasi is the best doctor I know and let me tell you , being a multi pets house we visited in the past many vet doctors and none compares with the knowledge and kindness of Dr. Abbasi. Most of the vet clinics are money oriented and they try to trick you in with unnecessary exams and tests plus the incompetency some vets exhibited so this created a trust issue with me until I have met Dr. Abbasi through my friend who runs an animal sanctuary and I am literally happy that finally I know a doctor I can trust . The clinic is clean and welcoming and the rest of the staff really nice.

I've been bringing my 10 year old dog to Pyne Hills for 2 years now. Dr. Abbasi and Dr. Bajwa are awesome with my little guy and they treat him with respect. Both doctors are very knowledgable, attentive and kind. Their prices are a lot lower in every category from teeth cleaning to more complicated procedures in comparison to the two previous vets I've used. Our dog has required a lot of vet attention throughout his life so I'm almost too familiar with vet pricing. I highly recommend this clinic!

about two months ago I took me 6 month old dachshund puppy and it was diagnosed with parvo. Dr.Bajwa advised that to give him licuid shots to keep him better since he was allert he did not needed to be hospitalised. he said take him home and after 3 days bring him back and if hes ok well give him booster shots for parvo. I followed hes advised and on the night when I took him home he got really bad. in the morning I took him back and they said they have to hospitalise him. they called me the they after and they said my puppy had passed away the night before. I did some research and I have found out that there are no booster shots for parvo. the shots for parvo are the 3 shots that a poppy has to recive before hes 6 months old. shots are actually the viruse that they inject to the puppy so they can fight it off to make the imunity system stronger. that doctor was not suppused to inject my puppy with that shot and thats exactlly what has cuased my puppy to pass away. the clinic is not clean and Im sure they do not follow the persigurs to keep the clinic clean from virus based on my experience. I highly sudgest not to go to this clinic if you love to keep youre animal healthy. if you want to make sure youre pet to recive the best care for sure this is not the place.

Amazing veterinary hospital! We got a kitten from a rescue and she referred us to this vet and we are so happy we came here. Dr Abassi is very nice, and took care of our kitten when she got sick. He didn't push anything on us, but went over all of the test results and prescribed some medicine, and she was on the mend in no time. Yesterday we had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep - I called in the morning and the receptionist was so nice and kind, as I was very upset on the phone. I explained that he had a stroke, and Dr.Bajwa showed up 15 minutes later with the vet tech, and he was kind and respectful to both my husband, myself and our dog Pickle. He explained everything to us, and was just wonderful. I would highly recommend Pyne Hills to anybody!

The staff at Pyne Hills were great. Dr. Abbasi was amazing. He was so kind and helpful when my cat had a blocked urethra. Dr. Abassi and his staff is by far, provided the best veterinary care for my dogs. Few months back, my dog Katie had a cyst in her bottom gums. I did not feel confident with my vet at that time with their recommendations (printed out from google!!!) and they were quoting such ridiculous price! Luckily my niece highly recommended Pyne hills clinic, specifically Dr. Abassi and she was right! Dr. Abassi was so accommodating, very knowledgeable and compassionate. I live in Brampton, but I don't mind bringing my dogs now to Tottenham. Our dogs are family and they only deserve the best care.

I had the most wonderful experience at Pyne Hills Veterinary Clinic. I had my kitten declawed and the staff including the receptionist were the most compassionate and informative people i have ever encountered in the Dr.'s of Animals. They even called me to update me on Lonesome after his surgery was done. Their clinic is spotless and their prices cannot be compared to any other Vet, local or elsewhere...they truly believe in looking after the pockets of their customers. I would highly recommend taking your pets there!

Competent pet care, but very high prices and pushy tactics rubbed me the wrong way. I made a same-day appointment for my sick dog, who had been throwing up all night, and the vet came to have a look. In short order he was recommending all kinds of testing, x-rays, IV treatment, overnight stays for monitoring, etc., and was not very specific on the pricing. From what I could estimate, I was looking at a bill over $1000 for a diagnosis only if I went along with all of his recommendations. As I was trying to decide how to proceed, he began to draw blood which I had not yet approved, I wasn't even sure whether he was drawing blood or hooking up an IV as he didn't say what he was doing. In any event, the charges were already racking up before I had a chance to approve of any treatment! This kind of pushy behaviour and the vague pricing information made a stressful experience even more taxing, I felt that they took advantage of a situation where they have a worried pet owner who is likely to do almost anything to help their pet. The vet made it sound like an imminent life or death situation and I felt that he tried to scare me into paying for all kinds of tests and treatment. His bedside manner was not very warm or caring either, and he did not do anything to make me feel at ease.To be fair, I have to say that he was very gentle with my dog, and the dog responded well to his presence. I felt that he was competent and knowledgable, but I didn't appreciate the scare tactics and brusque attitude towards me, the client.The good news is that my pup was fully recovered within a couple days from what turned out to be some kind of infection, which required a weeks worth of antibiotics.

Our visit to Pyne Hills Veterinary Hospital was first time ever. Dr. Naeem Bajwa met us and examined our dog Lola very cautiously, and recommended the necessary treatment. Dr. Naeem Bajwa performed successfully dental surgery on our dog. After the surgery was over, we came home, and our dog felt good, thanks to very caring experience in the clinic. Dr. Bajwa called the next day to inquire about our dog's condition. The recovery went quickly. I can say that only such a caring, sensitive and highly professional approach of Dr. Naeem Bajwa helped our dog go through difficult surgery and fast recovery.
I recommend to anyone this doctor who is looking for a professional veterinarian.

First thing I have to say is Pyne hills is not your average vet. My vet didn't have the capacity to handle my dogs emergency. We went to the local emergency clinic and the costs was well beyond what we could afford. They said our only option was to put her down. We stumbled on Pyne Hills to try to get some pain relief as we were contemplating the worst and not accepting to let her go. When we took our dog to them. Dr Abbasi was very confident he could help us and save our dog's life. He gave us hope and did everything he could. Well I know he isn't God but he did save our dog's life without ruining us financially. When u need a vet that cares. Look no further. Pyne hills is now ours for life.

Dr. Abbasi is the best doctor I know and let me tell you , being a multi pets house we visited in the past many vet doctors and none compares with the knowledge and kindness of Dr. Abbasi. Most of the vet clinics are money oriented and they try to trick you in with unnecessary exams and tests plus the incompetency some vets exhibited so this created a trust issue with me until I have met Dr. Abbasi through my friend who runs an animal sanctuary and I am literally happy that finally I know a doctor I can trust . The clinic is clean and welcoming and the rest of the staff really nice.

I've been bringing my 10 year old dog to Pyne Hills for 2 years now. Dr. Abbasi and Dr. Bajwa are awesome with my little guy and they treat him with respect. Both doctors are very knowledgable, attentive and kind. Their prices are a lot lower in every category from teeth cleaning to more complicated procedures in comparison to the two previous vets I've used. Our dog has required a lot of vet attention throughout his life so I'm almost too familiar with vet pricing. I highly recommend this clinic!

about two months ago I took me 6 month old dachshund puppy and it was diagnosed with parvo. Dr.Bajwa advised that to give him licuid shots to keep him better since he was allert he did not needed to be hospitalised. he said take him home and after 3 days bring him back and if hes ok well give him booster shots for parvo. I followed hes advised and on the night when I took him home he got really bad. in the morning I took him back and they said they have to hospitalise him. they called me the they after and they said my puppy had passed away the night before. I did some research and I have found out that there are no booster shots for parvo. the shots for parvo are the 3 shots that a poppy has to recive before hes 6 months old. shots are actually the viruse that they inject to the puppy so they can fight it off to make the imunity system stronger. that doctor was not suppused to inject my puppy with that shot and thats exactlly what has cuased my puppy to pass away. the clinic is not clean and Im sure they do not follow the persigurs to keep the clinic clean from virus based on my experience. I highly sudgest not to go to this clinic if you love to keep youre animal healthy. if you want to make sure youre pet to recive the best care for sure this is not the place.

Amazing veterinary hospital! We got a kitten from a rescue and she referred us to this vet and we are so happy we came here. Dr Abassi is very nice, and took care of our kitten when she got sick. He didn't push anything on us, but went over all of the test results and prescribed some medicine, and she was on the mend in no time. Yesterday we had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep - I called in the morning and the receptionist was so nice and kind, as I was very upset on the phone. I explained that he had a stroke, and Dr.Bajwa showed up 15 minutes later with the vet tech, and he was kind and respectful to both my husband, myself and our dog Pickle. He explained everything to us, and was just wonderful. I would highly recommend Pyne Hills to anybody!

Dr. Abassi and his staff is by far, provided the best veterinary care for my dogs. Few months back, my dog Katie had a cyst in her bottom gums. I did not feel confident with my vet at that time with their recommendations (printed out from google!!!) and they were quoting such ridiculous price! Luckily my niece highly recommended Pyne hills clinic, specifically Dr. Abassi and she was right! Dr. Abassi was so accommodating, very knowledgeable and compassionate. I live in Brampton, but I don't mind bringing my dogs now to Tottenham. Our dogs are family and they only deserve the best care.

I had the most wonderful experience at Pyne Hills Veterinary Clinic. I had my kitten declawed and the staff including the receptionist were the most compassionate and informative people i have ever encountered in the Dr.'s of Animals. They even called me to update me on Lonesome after his surgery was done. Their clinic is spotless and their prices cannot be compared to any other Vet, local or elsewhere...they truly believe in looking after the pockets of their customers. I would highly recommend taking your pets there!

Competent pet care, but very high prices and pushy tactics rubbed me the wrong way. I made a same-day appointment for my sick dog, who had been throwing up all night, and the vet came to have a look. In short order he was recommending all kinds of testing, x-rays, IV treatment, overnight stays for monitoring, etc., and was not very specific on the pricing. From what I could estimate, I was looking at a bill over $1000 for a diagnosis only if I went along with all of his recommendations. As I was trying to decide how to proceed, he began to draw blood which I had not yet approved, I wasn't even sure whether he was drawing blood or hooking up an IV as he didn't say what he was doing. In any event, the charges were already racking up before I had a chance to approve of any treatment! This kind of pushy behaviour and the vague pricing information made a stressful experience even more taxing, I felt that they took advantage of a situation where they have a worried pet owner who is likely to do almost anything to help their pet. The vet made it sound like an imminent life or death situation and I felt that he tried to scare me into paying for all kinds of tests and treatment. His bedside manner was not very warm or caring either, and he did not do anything to make me feel at ease.To be fair, I have to say that he was very gentle with my dog, and the dog responded well to his presence. I felt that he was competent and knowledgable, but I didn't appreciate the scare tactics and brusque attitude towards me, the client.The good news is that my pup was fully recovered within a couple days from what turned out to be some kind of infection, which required a weeks worth of antibiotics.
