Not too impressed with fact I've been taking my one cat here for 3 yrs.. I got 2 kittens who have been in and out for there booster shots.. I had scheduled a spay and neuter and had asked each time in the cost of it and what it included.. I was told bloodwork..and if were included.. given same cost over and over.. last week they were scheduled but vet had to cancel and reschedule which was fine but why 2 days before surgery would they not call..instead I get an email saying that the bloodwork and iv are now additional. I had expressed that concern to the receptionist who basically said she wasnt sure why I was given incorrect information and that it " unfortunate" really??? I'm not sure even why I was given that information not once but 3 different times by 3 different receptionists.. extremely dissatisfied and hurt that I was misinformed the way that I was. After 3 years and 3 animals later i have no choice but take my animals and have my family and friends I referred come with.. such a huge disappointment.

Had both my dogs neutered there and they did a great job! Love that they also have great customer service skills. They were half the price than other vets in the area without sacrificing quality.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. They dont seem to be the type of place that does procedures that are not required just for a buck. My dogs new Vet from now on.

Just got home from a visit at the Tweed vet. Dr Dev and Dr Patel are both great guys and are really compassionate and thorough. My dog doesn’t seem to mind going there either which is always a plus.

Just got home from a visit at the Tweed vet. Dr Dev and Dr Patel are both great guys and are really compassionate and thorough. My dog doesn’t seem to mind going there either which is always a plus.
The clinic is also open on Saturday until noon which is a bonus! I definately recommend!

A few months ago, my mother had a feral cat the had an infection on its front leg. When we did an emergency walk in, they did very good and fast medical service. Very helpful staff member helped hold the wild cat down while being treated.

Always great staff, especially after today's visit, walked in bringing an anxious dog and a cat who had soiled his carrier. They were so helpful and caring and went above and beyond. Been taking my animals to this vet for almost 11 years and always have a great experience.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They provide excellent service and compassionate care to the pets. Not to mention they are one of the few versions in the area that can perform the far less invasive laser surgery.

I only got as far as the phone call... Receptionist bombarded me with questions and wouldn't let me answer before throwing another one at me. I laughed and asked her to gang on and let me answer. She then put me on hold WITHOUR NOTICE for 5 min. I called back and she put me on hold again. I don't mind being asked to hold, but her rudeness was unnecessary. Going to make the drive to Loyalist Veterinary in Belleville. Higher prices, but better service.

Incredibly rude woman answered the phone. Made me feel like a complete bother for even calling. She was short and snappy . This is shame as I have been a client with this clinic for many years and even through the owner change. The new veterinarian there has been great in the past with my 2cats so I was not expecting to have the receptionist make me feel like this when Icalled today. As with any such conversation the individual answering the phone is the first to make an impression on service to be expected and this was terrible. I will be seekinh services closer to my home as this lady is definitely someone I do not want to have to speak to again. I hope the doctors there soon realize that this woman is not portraying a positive business nor giving a very good impression

First of all .. I would like to say that I have been going to Tweed for years (15+).. even before the switch over to the new vet. (Dr.Patel who has been there for 6+ years) (WHO I LIKE!) I have always found that their prices are fair and that they treat all the animals with kindness. (Which is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME)
Dr. Patel was very nice and explained treatments to me and if I had any questions he always takes time to explain things again.
As for the wonderful office staff ... I have never had any of them speak to me with any type of 'tone' or ever use bad manners. Which makes me wonder .. how are people treating the staff that the staff would get upset?!?! I wonder ... if people are not taking the advise that the doctor recommend in the first place and this is causing added heartache???
In the end .. I would recommend Tweed (as I have for the past 15+ years) to anyone who likes their pet treated as if part of their own family.

Not too impressed with fact I've been taking my one cat here for 3 yrs.. I got 2 kittens who have been in and out for there booster shots.. I had scheduled a spay and neuter and had asked each time in the cost of it and what it included.. This is shame as I have been a client with this clinic for many years and even through the owner change. The new veterinarian there has been great in the past with my 2cats so I was not expecting to have the receptionist make me feel like this when Icalled today.
