The worst, could not imagine how low they can go
I visit there bcs they are the only vet have time. When I got there, there was no client. I told them my dog worm issue and I need medicine. They charged me 720 dollars for a few min checkup. If I want medicine, I need to pay another 500 dollars. I thought I can buy for a better price since they charged too much compared with my experience. It turned out the medicine need prescription later. they refuse to give me the prescription when I ask. So I paid 720 without prescription. I ask them to give me prescription, they called police to force me out of the ppty. I was angry and asked them to give me prescription. The police arrested me. Later this vet sent the dog file with note to my previous vet and suggested them I was not good client, and told them I was evicted and arrested in the ppty.

Mrs Yin, be a little more clear about what actually happened. You came with not one but THREE dogs. Each of your THREE dogs had a full physical exam AND blood work done. You chose not to take home deworming medication at that time. So no, you did NOT pay for any medication or prescriptions. You then found you needed a prescription to get your medication elsewhere. You demanded to get those prescriptions without paying for them and refused to leave until getting your way. You were asked to leave the premises many times and refused. You became extremely loud, disruptive and attempted to force your way into private parts of the clinic. You were informed the police would be called and you still refused to leave. Any future clinic that deals with you deserves to know this.

We have been taking our various pets to Pet Hospital on Main for 12 years now, through everything from checkups to end of life care to introductions of new pets. Every pet has been treated with incredible care and respect - even our very reluctant and grumpy dog. The staff clearly loves animals and wants to make every visit a positive one for both people and pets. I have had a few urgent situations over the years and was able to make same-day appointments. I have also been able to get advice over the phone for less urgent matters. Highly recommended!

We’ve been going here for over 10 years. Our dog had epilepsy and through their knowledge, persistence and care, her seizures were well controlled. They have provided incredibly personalized services for her when she was nervous. ALL of the staff have shown genuine care and concern including personal phone calls and cards when our pet passed. We now have a rescue which they have all embraced and treated like their own. Top shelf clinic. Recommend them highly!

We have always been very pleased with the care that the staff at Pet Hospital on Main provide to our cats (three, last time I counted). We've entrusted our pets' care to them for about 20 years! The staff are always cheerful and friendly, and follow up with a phone call with test results, answers etc. if one of our cats is sick. I've always felt that they are very thorough and caring.

My regular vet is in Toronto but I was in Uxbridge visiting family for Christmas. I noticed that my kitten had chewed at his back paw and that it seemed like he had a small infection. I called this location this morning they got me in an hour after I called. The service was great. The vet and technicians were very friendly and they helped my kitty. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend others to this location.

Highly NOT recommended. Both vets seem to be lacking in knowledge, and neither are great at engagement (i.e. lacking in 'bedside manner' personality). Didn't feel their examination was thorough. They're way too quick to fall back on tests.
Took my loved one to another vet (the awesome alternative in Uxbridge), and after a thorough examination diagnosis was immediate. No tests required.
Do not go to Pet Hospital on Main.They are not the only vet in town. The other vet clinic in Uxbridge is highly recommended.

We have been coming to Dr. Bardecki at Pet Hospital for many years now and will continue to do so for years to come. We love Dr Bardecki and the staff, they are always friendly and make us feel very welcome. Our cat Butterscotch may not love going to the vet, but the staff do everything possible to make him comfortable and his visits quick. We would recommend Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinarian in the Uxbridge area.

I would definitely recommend this pet hospital. They take great care of our family's dog. She was a rescue dog and was very nervous at first but the whole staff and Dr. Karen were great with her, they really went out of their way to make her feel as safe and comfortable as they could. I have had several visits now (she has had tummy problems since she tends to grab items dropped on the sidewalks before I can even see them-- so I've had to go to the vet a few times!). She gets excellent treatment each time.
I also take her there about every other month to get her nails clipped (they grow so fast!) I'd rather pay the fee to save me from having to trim those black nails! The vet techs are all really nice. The reception staff is also very helpful and professional. I love the fact that it's a smaller clinic so you get to see the same techs and vets and they get to know your dog.

This clinic is the most impressive I have ever been to, the doctors are all very caring and go beyond their requirements as a veterinarian to ensure your happiness with their services. There is no wait time, the value for your money is so worth it, and the setting is comfy and incredibly clean. After 5 years of using their services, I would recommend it to anyone.

We have been taking our various pets to Pet Hospital on Main for 12 years now, through everything from checkups to end of life care to introductions of new pets. Every pet has been treated with incredible care and respect - even our very reluctant and grumpy dog. The staff clearly loves animals and wants to make every visit a positive one for both people and pets. I have had a few urgent situations over the years and was able to make same-day appointments. We’ve been going here for over 10 years. Our dog had epilepsy and through their knowledge, persistence and care, her seizures were well controlled. They have provided incredibly personalized services for her when she was nervous. ALL of the staff have shown genuine care and concern including personal phone calls and cards when our pet passed. We have always been very pleased with the care that the staff at Pet Hospital on Main provide to our cats (three, last time I counted). We've entrusted our pets' care to them for about 20 years! My regular vet is in Toronto but I was in Uxbridge visiting family for Christmas. I noticed that my kitten had chewed at his back paw and that it seemed like he had a small infection. I called this location this morning they got me in an hour after I called. The service was great. The vet and technicians were very friendly and they helped my kitty. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend others to this location.

Took my loved one to another vet (the awesome alternative in Uxbridge), and after a thorough examination diagnosis was immediate. No tests required.
Do not go to Pet Hospital on Main.They are not the only vet in town. The other vet clinic in Uxbridge is highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this pet hospital. They take great care of our family's dog. She was a rescue dog and was very nervous at first but the whole staff and Dr. Karen were great with her, they really went out of their way to make her feel as safe and comfortable as they could. I have had several visits now (she has had tummy problems since she tends to grab items dropped on the sidewalks before I can even see them-- so I've had to go to the vet a few times!). She gets excellent treatment each time.
I also take her there about every other month to get her nails clipped (they grow so fast!) I'd rather pay the fee to save me from having to trim those black nails! The vet techs are all really nice.
