Best vet in my opinion. The people that work here truly care about your pet and their level of care when providing treatments and plans for pets. They listen to your questions and if they don't know the answer they research until they do. The affordablility compared to other vets is great and well worth the drive if you are driving from out of town. They have continued to make me a happy pet owner for the last 4 years and I no longer go to any other vets in town. Read Less

We've been going to this vet for over four years. Dr. Ryan is excellent with our fur babies. Whenever I've called their office they always find the time to reassure me, even though I know their run off their feet. The office is very busy most likely due to the outstanding treatment the fur patients have received. Ms. Angela on the front desk is truly tops. She helps me carry my food order out and also my fur babies to the car. I've even gone out of my way to let Dr. Ryan know how fantastic Angela is. Paddy, the office mgr. runs a tight and very efficient office. She always makes time to come in and see our one little fur baby when he comes in for a checkup with the clowder. Dr. Ryan is tops. He knows his stuff. Always patient and very generous with his time I ask a lot of really bizarre and dumb questions. They always answer all my questions with patience and respect. I'm sorry some of the reviews expressed disappointment with the office. As this is the best vet office around, I've interviewed them all in the area and I mean them all. I truly don't care how I'm treated, just treat my pets with the utmost respect and they do. Highly highly recommend this vet office. Read Less

I was up north visiting family when my dog got sick and needed to go to a vet. When I called to book an appointment they were extremely friendly understanding, and prompt. When I arrived the staff were very welcoming and treated my dog as though she had been a lifelong patient of theirs. The pricing was also very reasonable. Had I gone to my vet in the city it would have been a much steeper bill and a very less pleasant experience. Read Less

Went to Washago Vet. Service for a second opinion on my dog Simon's Diabetes diagnosis. I was very impress, the staff is so friendly and Dr. Ryan went over Simon with a fine tooth comb. He was very concerned about Simon's high blood sugar count and he ask me to come back 2 days later to test his blood again( no office charge) and he want me to call every day after I test Simon's blood, plus he has called me a couple of time. i would say he is very dedicated. He is a little more expensive then my other vet. but I would sooner pay a little more to have someone as caring as Dr. Ryan and his staff. Read Less
