Excellent service. Friendly staff. I find there pricing is very reasonable.
I would not opt to take reptiles or amphibians to them as I am not sure they have training in herpetology at this time.

Found that they are very honest and upfront, and offering budget friendly advise.
Herpetology aside, I highly recommend them.

My experience with this veterinary team was excellent. We met in an emergency situation and I am so pleased that I found them. I felt that they cared about my pet & me. They were calm and professional and understanding. They explained the information gathered during check up and they made sure I understood what they were telling me about test results etc. so I could make informed decisions about the course of care. I never felt rushed to make decisions and felt the decisions I made were respected. Also checked in with me after we were back home to see how my boy was doing. We made new friends that took great care of us and my dog loves to stop in just to say hi now. He gets excited when I ask "Do you want to go to the vets?" I have been a pet guardian for 25 years and know I have found gold with this team!

These people at this vet clinic are absolutely amazing! From the receptionist's to the xray tech to the Dr's themselves. They had so much compassion for my dog, my wife, my boys and myself. They truly did care and did not want to spend my money on things that they new would not help as most place would not care and take as much money from you as possible. They talked to us as people and did not talk down to us. We will refer them to everyone we know and this will be our vet for life! Thank you so much to all of you for everything you did for us! From money to compassion and everything in between

This Vet wanted to amputate my cats leg for $700, turned out all she needed was aloe that cost me $17. They also removed one of my cats toes without my consent, then charged me for it! This vet has also accused me of animal abuse in the past for no reason! They are a horrible vet! Please save yourselves and your pets the heartache of going to this vet! South Sarnia Vet sends their animals here as well, this vet did a hack job on my poor cat! Bad bad people here just trying to make money on our poor animals :(

My experience with this veterinary team was excellent. We met in an emergency situation and I am so pleased that I found them. I felt that they cared about my pet & me. They were calm and professional and understanding. These people at this vet clinic are absolutely amazing! From the receptionist's to the xray tech to the Dr's themselves. They had so much compassion for my dog, my wife, my boys and myself. They truly did care and did not want to spend my money on things that they new would not help as most place would not care and take as much money from you as possible. This Vet wanted to amputate my cats leg for $700, turned out all she needed was aloe that cost me $17. They also removed one of my cats toes without my consent, then charged me for it! This vet has also accused me of animal abuse in the past for no reason! They are a horrible vet! Please save yourselves and your pets the heartache of going to this vet! South Sarnia Vet sends their animals here as well, this vet did a hack job on my poor cat! Bad bad people here just trying to make money on our poor animals :(
