I contacted Dr Matt Nugent about doing a pre-purchase exam for a racehorse I was looking to buy. I live 5 hours from the area, so was unable to view the horse before buying him. Dr Matt was to great to work with over email and by phone, provided me with a workup of his findings during the exam, and was able to work with my budget.
