Unfortunately yesterday we had to put our little 13 year old miniature poodle down. One of the most difficult days of my life. The compassion and sympathy Dr. Momi and his wonderful staff was amazing. Dr. Momi explained everything to us and let us decide what was best. But Coco was too sick and had a lot of problems and we had no choice. They were so gentle with Coco before and afterwards. I highly recommend that office and would go there again. Dr Momi and all his staff are great. We gratefully thank them for all their care throughout the years and at the end.

We are very pleased with our experience at Prince Charles Animal Hospital.
Our rescue kitten, Selina, had suffered from malnourishment, pre-rescue which likely resulted in fragile hip and rear leg bones. She required a femoral head ostectomy which is an involved procedure.
We found the pricing for this procedure quite fair and reasonable given the skill required to perform it.
Selina just had her 6-week checkup and x-ray and is doing very well and is now quite happy and active.
This care literally saved her life.
Everyone there was great and pleasant to deal with and the level of care was excellent.

COMPASSIONATE and AMAZING!! A huge thank you to the Prince Charles Animal Hospital. All staff we talked to were so very helpful when our dog Zoey had a stroke. They explained our options and next steps in such a caring manner. They ensured Zoey was seen by a vet within an hour of me calling. Sadly Zoey had to be euthanized. The clinic sent us a sympathy card signed by all the employees there. Such a thoughtful and heartfelt act!

WARNING !!!! Read bill before paying ...charges for medication that did not ask for especially at $75.00. Doctor guessing my dog is allergic to fleas with no tests, I had asked for an appointment to return the product unopened and refused quoted "company policy" no returns on opened meds which I did not open. I was rushed out of this place because of covid scare and read bill when I returned home. I recalled the next day and told them there is no return policy on my receipt, and seen nothing posted in office( but glasses were foggy from Rona mask) then told me they would have police escort me out if I showed up to discuss this matter further. I am going to take them to small claims court and try my luck there. Also reading side effects on the meds received and warning about being allergic to penicillin and I am of course allergic and glad I did not open the bottle. READ BILL BEFORE PAYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional

Dr Momi and all of the staff at Prince Charles Animal Hospital were absolutely wonderful when my dog needed surgery. They took excellent care of her in her time in need and there were all so patient and empathetic with me during my many visits and calls to the office. Thank you all for your efforts!

Doctor has attitude issues. Unclear of what you are being charged for. They need to be more clear over the phone. And I don't like how the doctor asks you to leave the room while he feels up your dog.

On my first 2 visits to this clinic I was pleased with the care offered to my cat and happy with Dr. Mom . My second visit was left with me taking my cat home and waiting for results of a blood smear...
On my first 2 visits to this clinic I was pleased with the care offered to my cat and happy with Dr. Mom . My second visit was left with me taking my cat home and waiting for results of a blood smear that had to be sent out. This I was told would take a day or two. So on Thursday i took my cat home hoping for a call on Friday. Overnight Saturday my little buddy took a turn for the worst and on Sunday morning it was clear he was in distress. I called the clinic and got the after hours emergency number for dr Momi and left a message. It’s now Monday afternoon and that call has still not been returned and I still don’t know the results of the test they sent out Thursday. My little friend passed away while waiting for this vet to return a phone call. Very disappointed

Always a great experience and show personal care for each pet we've brought through the doors. The prices are reasonable and their priorities are clearly care for the animal.

We took my cat here because another vet in the city was not doing anything for him. Simply looked at him and gave antibiotics.
At prince Charles animal hospital, dr. Momi was incredibly professional and spent a long time diagnosing and ordering tests for my cat. He has been sick for his whole life and this is the first time certain tests were ordered.
After the tests we were even taken into a room and had him go over the results with us for quite a while.
This is by far the best animal hospital I have ever been to, I will absolutely be referring it to all of my friends and family. Truly special care for your pets.

Unfortunately yesterday we had to put our little 13 year old miniature poodle down. One of the most difficult days of my life. The compassion and sympathy Dr. Momi and his wonderful staff was amazing. Dr. Momi explained everything to us and let us decide what was best. We are very pleased with our experience at Prince Charles Animal Hospital.
Our rescue kitten, Selina, had suffered from malnourishment, pre-rescue which likely resulted in fragile hip and rear leg bones. She required a femoral head ostectomy which is an involved procedure.

We took my cat here because another vet in the city was not doing anything for him. Simply looked at him and gave antibiotics.
At prince Charles animal hospital, dr. Momi was incredibly professional and spent a long time diagnosing and ordering tests for my cat. He has been sick for his whole life and this is the first time certain tests were ordered.
After the tests we were even taken into a room and had him go over the results with us for quite a while.
This is by far the best animal hospital I have ever been to, I will absolutely be referring it to all of my friends and family. Truly special care for your pets.
