Probably the worst veterinary I have ever dealt with! First off I had a 6 week old kitten with an upper respiratory infection and she would repeat the same prescription to no affect even after I requested a new form of treatment. I ended up having to rush him to emergency where the vet there had to give him cortisone shots to alleviate the fluid pushing against his nerves in his little nasal cavity and she prescribed the medication I previously requested from Dr. Campbell, who had said she could not administer to him because "it's only for dogs". Sure as rain this cured my kitten. Flash forward to Nov. 2016 my 10 year old cat had dropped weight drastically (7lbs in 2 months) and loosing clumps of fur. Dr. Campbell did blood work and deemed him "perfectly healthy" and didn't even try to find out a reason for his sudden decline. He continued losing weight and I took him to another vet who determined he was not even close to healthy. Long story short, three months after he was given a clean bill of health from Dr. Campbell, I am sitting here looking at the urn containing the ashes of my much loved best friend. BEWARE OF THIS VET! We have been a patient at Rose city since Quazar was 3 month old. They have watched him grow and have been there to hold our hand when he needed surgery, not 1 time but twice. They truly are a caring animal hospital. Never rushes you, no ridiculous treatments recommended and they take the time to make sure you are comfortable and all questions and concerns have been addressed. I have been to other vets when my boy was a puppy but did not like the energy or rushiness and rudeness of other hospitals in the area. Best place ever. They took excellent care of Quazar during his second surgery when he was 10 1/2 years old. Could not recommend them enough. Lots of love to all the workers at Rose city Animal Hospital. We have been dealing with Dr. Campbell for many years and have always been well and fairly treated. She obviously cares for animals and the behaviour of our dogs towards her over the years made it clear to us that they trusted her. She always carefully and clearly explains problems and solutions in simple terms (For those of us with "simple" minds) and lays out the possible steps required and the potential results. She doesn't try to talk us into spending money on unnecessary procedures or treatments  to make a few more bucks and always aims for the best solution to the problem. She has our full trust when it comes to our animals who are our "babies".If your pet requires a doctor, then there is no better place that I know of around here than Rose City - and we have , over the years, tried other places before finding Rose City and Dr. Campbell, so this isn't an opinion with no experience behind it! I have had dogs all my life, and Dr. Campbell is the best vet we've ever had. She's not in it for the money, she genuinely cares. She doesn't recommend expensive procedures if they're not necessary, just to get your money, like some other vets I've been to. She is more knowledgeable than other vets I've been to, as well. She'll take the time to talk with you about your pet, and give you as much information as she can. And if she doesn't know something, she'll contact someone who does, and call you when she knows something. Most other vets I've been to would just say "I don't know", and that would be the end of it.The staff in the clinic are all very caring, as well. My dog was recently very sick, and they were all as worried as I was, and they were all as relieved as I was when she started getting better. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this clinic truly deserves it. Read Less
